I am very pleased with myself for this purchase. The lamp was easy to assemble. The colors are perfect and change with any mood I want to set. Just a few colors are: red (for Valentine's Day), green (for St. Patrick's Day), and purple (my favorite color). I love all of the many the different colors and the ease of changing the colors. I'm so happy it has a remote as well. I never thought I would need a lamp with a remote control until I set this lamp on the other side of my table. This lamp is awesome! The remote did have the battery cover break but I just taped it, just try not to drop it 😅. The lights are cool, they have many different colors and what I call rave mode when the colors flash quickly. The remote isn't too hard to figure out and the lamp was easy to put together and take apart. I read all of the reviews. It’s so easy to put together. There are a lot of settings. For people who have migraines - it’s so nice that you don’t have to look at a bulb! It’s so customizable! You can make it warmer or cooler, brighter or dim it down. The night time mode is nice as well. I didn’t realize that it even the cheapest lamp came with the colored lights as well. That was a nice surprise. It’s nice that you can keep it on one color if you want. Also, once you find what you like, once you shut it off with the remote … when you turn it back on … it will return to what you had it on previously… which is wonderful! Very pleased with the purchase! We also like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space on the ground. I might by another one for another room. ... show more

As the heading says, I have a small bedroom (about 10ft x 10ft) and it just doesn't light up the whole room at night. The color-changing aspect is cool and the app is a nice idea, but it's another thing to download and take up space on your phone, which is a downside. The on/off button is annoying to use because it just doesn't work easily every time. Assembly was easy and only a couple of steps were needed. I didn't put a battery in the remote, but the light still works without it which is nice. If you have the app, I'm not sure why the remote is even necessary or useful because you can press the physical on/off button on the lamp, or use it and switch colors through the app. The remote is just another thing to keep track of. Overall, it looks nice and simple and goes with everything, but the light itself, even at 100%, is just not very bright. It's not worth the money, even though it is a cheap lamp. Just spend a little more for something that is easier to use and much brighter. ... show more
