The lamp has a simple and really nice clean look that I really like, and it works great where I needed it! When I took it out of the box the rod was in 4 strait pieces and the top piece that curved at 90-degrees along with the base. All of the pieces had the cord threaded through and holding them together, they just needed to be strewed into place. The linen shade came as a roll, once I unrolled it, I found that there is a hook and loop closure at the edges to connect the sides. The problem is that the seam is obvious unless you can hide it. Since I put the lamp in the corner of my office, I was able to position the seam so it is not visible, but I am not sure if you could hide it out in the middle of the room. I was really surprised when I found that while there is a foot switch, all the other lighting options are not part of the lamp, but the bulb. The remote, and all the options it provides are based on it: color temperature, brightness, timer, etc. However, the instructions listed it with a lifespan of >25000 Hours and indicated that if there is a problem with the bulb to contact them to replace it. I was surprised by some of what I found, but in the end, it is a great lamp at a great price!

This was super easy to put together. I am not the most handy with stuff like this, and I was easily able to do it myself without looking at directions first. Although, I'm very glad directions were provided with item, and I definitely needed directions for the remote. Lamp has the light bulb included with the package, but not the batteries, but I did not expect batteries to be included. The floor lamp is stable and heavy enough on bottom to stand well on floor or carpet. There is a push button on the ground to turn on and off. The button is easily seen and attached to the wire, that connects to power outlet. There is a good length of the cord as well. I love the remote options with having a timer and dimming ability. Also a few different lighting modes. This makes it perfect for any type of lighting you may need. Whether a brighter white light is needed, or a less bright, more dim light for a more relaxing feel, it's all up to you to create your perfect mood you want. I appreciate those features, and will use different strengths of light, and I love the timer to easily have it turn off in case I fall asleep, or any other reason. The poles that connect to the base already have the electric wire strung within them, and the manufacturer makes it very easy to just screw the poles together. It's pretty much all laid out for you to just to screw together with hands and tighten. I love how easy they made this. It was very clear and simple. The shade is a nice crisp white and nice texture. The amount of light that comes through is a decent amount especially for the smaller sized shade. The shade is easy to wrap around the rings, and has little hooks to help secure the shade. The small hooks are on both the top and bottom of the shade itself. It also has a small piece of Velcro material on top and bottom of the shade to help secure and make straight once all clipped in correctly. The little piece of Velcro type material helps to really bring it together and keep shape of the shade very nice. Minor adjustments with it make a big difference. This type of light is perfect next to a chair or next to your bedside. So many options of where to put it for whatever works for you. Great for a reading room, or behind a favorite chair. Nice to put on a screened in porch, or a zen space. I decided to put one of the side of my guest bedroom, and it looks great in its final place. I think I will purchase one more, so I can also put one on opposite side of the bed as well. These are a great option and super easy to piece together and have ready within minutes. I love the remote and all features. Overall I'm very happy with this item. My significant other likes it a lot and wants to get one to put in the finished basement, and my mom loved it and wants to get one now too for the office! So many great options to put this floor lamp. Also, Shipping was super fast and box was packaged neatly and safely, so I had no issues with arrival of items. Originally, I thought it may've been slightly a little more money than I'd prefer to spend, but overall it works well and has a remote, plus other features. So overall, in considering all things, I'd buy another. Then I continued to think on price factor, and this item also includes a lightbulb too! Also, in considering how easy it was to put together with it being Lightweight enough to move to different areas of the house on my own with no struggle is super helpful and beneficial. To have something like this that is lightweight enough to carry up stairs easily, yet still has a base that's strong and stable enough to stay put on any flooring is a great thing! I really can't complain about anything. Rethinking on all that, it's totally worth the cost I feel. I am very happy I got this, and will definitely purchase another for the guest room. Looks like I know what to get my mom for a gift too! Definitely recommend this for anyone in need of a floor lamp and looking for any of features described above.

I really like this floor lamp. First of all, it looks great. Second, it is easy to operate. if your hands are full you can step on the floor switch to turn on the lights. Also, you can have it operate on a timer. Finally, you can use the remote to access all of the lamps features. It is bright too. Best of all is the great value you get.

The Coucrek floor lamp has been a great addition to our home. It’s nice and sturdy, and it takes standard size bulbs, which makes finding replacements easy. The lamp even came with an LED bulb that has a remote control, adding a modern touch to its functionality. One of the positives is its height—it’s tall enough to illuminate a large area effectively. The foot power switch is another great feature. It's satisfyingly clicky and convenient to use. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The remote control only operates the bulb, not the lamp itself, which can be a bit limiting. Additionally, the foot switch is positioned close to the base, making it difficult to place the lamp behind furniture without obstructing the switch. Overall, the Coucrek floor lamp is a solid choice with a few minor design quirks. Its sturdiness and convenience features, like the foot switch and included remote-controlled LED bulb, make it a worthwhile purchase despite the small inconveniences.

The media could not be loaded. This was super easy to set up. I didn't need to use the instructions. It took about 5 minutes. It came with a bulb. The remote works well, I have attached a video showing how it works. It uses 2 aaa batteries, which were not included. There are different modes for night, reading, and for drawing/writing i believe. You can set it from cool to warm with varying levels of both. This is a very nice lamp, especially for the price.

Cheapily made, you can see the screw pieces, the shade barely stays in tact. This thing is way overpriced and not worth the money. Very disappointed. Will just throw away once i have money for something else.
