This skirt is good quality! It has a good amount of stretch and fit perfect from the waist. I am 120 lb and usually wear a size 3 and got an XS. It's a good length, coming around where my fingertips land on my hand and very comfortable. The pattern matched the picture and overall I am very pleased.

I have been on the hunt for skirts that fall above the knee without showing too much. I found 4 and ended up keeping 2. This was one of them. This skirt has a nice elastic for the band. It isnt too tight and stretches quite a bit. There are two layers. The outer layer is a see through material with a beautiful design. The inside layer is not see through. I don't quite feel comfortable wearing yet. The lightweight material and double layer make it difficult for me to feel if the skirt is sitting correctly. I do love the style. I'll probably wear it around the house for a while until I feel more conformable knowing I am not flashing anyone.
