My daughter picked this bed out for her "grown-up" room. She LOVES it. the material is so soft and good quality. we were able to put the bed together in about an hour. when assembling one of the drawers, one of the side panels cracked while we were trying to screw it together and was unusable. we contacted their customer service and after sending a few pictures and giving them the part number they immediately sent a replacement. They were so helpful and considerate to work with. As of now we are just waiting for the replacement part to assemble the final drawer but the rest of the bed is still usable and my daughter is very happy with it!

The last daybed I bought from Amazon was better, but this one is tolerable. It's not particularly attractive, but it's not hideous. It's not extremely comfortable, but it's okay to sleep on. The last one had a bar down the center of the frame that held the slats like a spine. It created a slight bounce and added stability. This one isn't that well designed. The hole in the back is weird. Understand that the drawers roll directly on the ground on wheels.

Considering the shipping cost, I was incredibly happy to see this arrive a week before anticipated. It made that cost feel warranted. At the end of the day, the bed looks good and does what it needs to do well. It was the process of getting it that way that would be the biggest drawbacks. For the most part, assembly was easy enough, though it did leave something to be desired. There were missing screws. The slats were uneven, sometimes barely reaching across. This was compounded by the lack of predrilled holes on the frame, so when I went to screw in the slats, I had to fight with the frame to get them in. It took a lot of delicate effort to get the casters screwed onto the bottom of the drawers because, yet again, no predrilled holes. The base of the drawers were so flimsy that applying any additional pressure to get the screws through to attach the casters felt like the thing would snap in half.

The drawers needed to be reinforced with wood glue and additional brackets I bought. The premade holes were oversized, the manufactured glue was in places it should not have been, and the alignment was quite a bit off. Also, the wheels for the drawers didn't have the screws in the place there were supposed to be some. Parts are lettered in wrapped plastic. the plastic was lettered but nothing was in it. Just be ready with your own hardware. The bedframe came broken and I built a small frame using 2x4's and placed it underneath to provide the support it needed. It's not a bad purchase. You just need to be prepared to reinforce the drawers, so they work and build a frame to support the actual frame from breaking. My goal was to have something to fit in a small space, look nice, and to sleep on once in awhile. This purchase fits my goal. However, if you use this on a daily - you will not be satisfied.

NICE FOR THE PRICE!, Easy to put together, But you should have a drill driver to install the slats, it would take forever with just a screwdriver. Also, be sure to glue ALL the drawer joints & bottom drawer support as the screws themselves will not hold together for long, the drawers would be sure to fall apart.
