Had an issue with one of the legs not screwing into the frame, but customer service walked me through fixing it with ease. 10/10 service. This is a great daybed. It went together easily and functions exactly how it should. I marked it four-stars because there are a couple of things that could be improved. 1) the drawers have no tracks, so they just roll around everywhere. Maybe this was apparent by the photos, but I didn’t realize it until putting it together. Also the little plastic ‘stoppers’ that are meant to keep them from rolling back too far do absolutely nothing. This is more of an annoyance than a true issue with the bed. 2) where you rest your back is only 12” from top to bottom. Despite using a 12” mattress, the pillows slide down into the gap, making it uncomfortable until you pull the pillows back into place. If I was using a thinner mattress, my kid could just slide right through with no resistance. As it is, he can fit through but has to make it happen. He’s seven, for reference. For comfort issues, I think they should really make the piece along the back have a taller measurement, but it’s a safety issue if young kids are going to be sleeping on it. As it is, it will work for our needs and I’m overall happy with the purchase.

NICE FOR THE PRICE!, Easy to put together, But you should have a drill driver to install the slats, it would take forever with just a screwdriver. Also, be sure to glue ALL the drawer joints & bottom drawer support as the screws themselves will not hold together for long, the drawers would be sure to fall apart.

It looks nice enough, but assembly was terrible. I wonder about it's stability too. Most of the places where screws were needed didn't have any pre-dilled holes, and the provided screws were barely long enough to hold it together. The wooden slats came warped, and some slats and drawer parts came with splits in the wood. The parts arrived in super damaged boxes, so I couldn't even re-package it all to return.

Downsized to a much smaller space and needed something to provide an extra comfortable bed, as well as LOOKING like the piece belongs in the room! Product came in 2 boxes and delivery was very quick! Assembly was very easy! Would highly recommend!

The last daybed I bought from Amazon was better, but this one is tolerable. It's not particularly attractive, but it's not hideous. It's not extremely comfortable, but it's okay to sleep on. The last one had a bar down the center of the frame that held the slats like a spine. It created a slight bounce and added stability. This one isn't that well designed. The hole in the back is weird. Understand that the drawers roll directly on the ground on wheels.

I would recommend 2 people assembling this bed. Some parts of the instructions were confusing to me (I got tripped up on the short sentences and wording). If you’re a visual learner (like myself), I’d recommend laying all the pieces out on the floor FIRST then reading the instructions (this process made the instructions easier to understand). For the side rails and foundation, the hole to screw ratio don’t all align but you’ll figure out a way to make them fit. FOOD FOR THOUGHT…secure the wood pieces for the bed frame with nails to the foundation. Otherwise, you’ll just be laying the wood in between the bed frame which isn’t secure. The material doesn’t feel cheap and the color is good. The drawers don’t attach to the bed so don’t go crazy trying to figure that out (put them together and just roll them under the bed once it’s complete). I weigh 200lbs and the bed holds up fine. I’d recommend and purchase again. I would have rated this product a 5 if the instructions were clearer, the wood slates for the frame attached to the bed frame and the drawers attached to the bed.
