We love this simple quilt set. The design and colors add interest in the bedroom, the light weight of the quilt means we don't get too warm underneath it, and it washed up perfectly. (I added a cup+ of vinegar to the first wash before putting on the bed and it came out very soft, no color runs.) A bonus is the size of this queen quilt: many of the queen sized quilts are just about 10 inches too short to cover the sides of our mattress. This quilt was just that many inches bigger that it falls where we were hoping it would. This is really cute, with colors exactly as photographed. There are a few loose threads, but they mostly seem like things that just should have been clipped or removed. Nice weight for my cold family room. I love that it's nice and long.

I bought this for a teen boy’s bed. His only requirement was that he could wrap head to toe in it, and he can (I ordered the queen size). The colors and patterns in this quilt are also teen boy appropriate which isn’t necessarily easy to find in a quilt. I immediately washed and dried the quilt and had no problems. Of course the quilt isn’t quite as soft as one that’s been used for years but I’m happy with the feel of it. It is somewhat thin so perfect for someone who sleeps warm, otherwise you may want a second blanket underneath in the winter. Overall it’s exactly what I was looking for. ... show more
