I ordered this bed because of an upcoming knee replacement surgery. When it arrived it was heavy and will take two people to move the box around, but it was in good condition and was packed well. Once we'd removed it from the packaging it was folded in half but it simply unfolded and we stood it on its side by angling it at the bend point and installed the legs. Then it was simply a matter of two of us lifting it carefully and rotating it to sit flat on its feet. The instructions are very clear that you CANNOT tip it up onto its feet or you will bend legs and I believe that's true. Once we plugged it in it flashed the underbed lights a few times and then seemed ready to operate. We ran it through it's various configurations and then put mattress retention frames in place, installed the 12" hybrid individually wrapped coil spring and foam mattress on it and it's been great!. Only problem so far is that my son has fallen in love with it and I'm pretty sure we're going to have to buy another one!

Arrived early. So far that’s the only good thing I can say. Doesn’t matter how early it arrives if it doesn’t work and customer service is unable to assist. Update: Received call back and assistance via video. When our complaint was confirmed was assured we would be contacted which we were with video instructions. Bed works beautifully, quiet and we are very happy with product. Although initially we had trouble getting through to the customer service people who could assist us, their diligence and continued contact over the weekend went a long way to changing our minds about the product and company.

Eunice from Theory of Simple on YT recommended this Flexispot Adjustable Bed Frame and she was right! Wow! It's amazing. From Amazon's careful delivery (the queen size box was big and heavy!) to quick, easy assembly to first night sleeping - Wow!!! First time in years that I've woken up without a neck or back ache. We have an original Tuft & Needle queen mattress (it's awesome!). We purchased the S2 adjustable bed frame and while there are newer versions available, we are very happy with this one.
