Me and my wife bought this scooter for them couple weeks ago, and now they back to their daily routine which make both of them happy. My scooter had set for a short while and when I tried to ride it (after charging it), after turning on, and pushing the movement arm, all it does is sounds a whistle and does nothing, won't move forward or reverse, would like to know why it won't move. . .

This is a great unit for the money. It has only one drawback and that is that the turning radius is to large. It would be nice if you could turn a little sharper. I live in a Senior Living Center and it is a little hard to get around the hallways and dining area. Otherwise a very nice attractive unit. lots of compliments.

I've been using this scooter for a few weeks now, and it has made a difference in my daily routine as I cannot walk for too long. The bright light on the front is super useful when it gets a little dark outside, and I love that the seat is comfortable. The look is actually stylish and you can tell there was effort put into the design. It's also surprisingly powerful for its size, handling well when climbing hills and riding on grass. Easy to learn and start riding because it comes mostly assembled. The design is more attractive than the average scooter, and I've received compliments from my relatives. Manages inclines and declines well when driving it around, and it feels safe and stable. Happy that the seat and column can be folded down to a compact size.
