Only four stars because after much research, I measured my a/c (a 3-year-old GE), and asked 2 others to verify my measurements, but the flexible accordion plastic wasn't compatible. It just didn't fit into the metal slots on the sides of the a/c. The top of the a/c accepted the panels sliding in, the bottom was too tight (again, I think it's my a/c). I appreciate they include a lot of measurements and diagrams in their listing. Many competitors didn't include much information for compatibility review. These for perfectly on my 8k btu GE window unit. They fit perfectly and feel as good or better quality than the original ones. The curtains themselves actually have PROPERLY shaped and sized ends to slide into the notches on the side of the a/c, NO ADHESIVE , NO TAPE! My thorough satisfaction is the only reason I'm here, I was going to be mad if I spent FOURTY dollars on cheap panels. Good buy though! ... show more

This product was not the correct size I ordered it was off a few inches. I shaved it down and made it fit tho. The rails were to large for the slot I needed them to slide in

After asking a question about fitment and getting a responce that it is a universal and it would work but it doesn't fit my 4 year old GE 6000 BTU air conditioner. Its the correct size but there is no way to connect the expandable panels to the sides of the AC unit. Now I have to make a special trip to staples to return it. ... show more

They fit our ac perfectly. One bit of advise, there was no way to secure the side panels to ac, had to use double sided tape. No screw holes like ours has now.
