I read the reviews on this jacket mostly for sizing. I ended up ordering a large tall. For reference I’m 6ft4in 180lbs. This jacket fits me. Honestly I should have gotten the xl tall. But this jacket looks good on me not all bulky, for once it’s a nice fit! The quality is good the leather is a bit stiff but that’s what leather is until you break it in. Seams appear to be well stitched. My had NO Smell at all just leather. For me to make the next comment is shocking even to me! I’m always cold. This jacket is warm! Is it a motorcycle jacket No. It’ll offer some protection. I seen a review where the guy posted his picture in the jacket and his jacket looked really good on him. I thought it was a good looking jacket. Now I was looking at same style in lamb mine is pig.. I’m happy lamb softer to break in. Pig in my opinion is stronger. Now for the only negative I could find. The lower side pockets are to shallow. The lower zipper pocket I keep my phone in. There’s plenty of pockets but still. We’re not china size people we have big hands open the pockets up!     • Surprisingly nice for the price!

I took a gamble on buying a jacket online but was tired of searching Goodwill and finding nothing. I found the fit guide to be pretty useful and, turns out, accurate. However I was a bit apprehensive at the price-to-quality ratio of this as it looked really nice but was still pretty cheap ($150 on sale at the time). I am 6' 2" and 270lbs and all around a thicker guy so I got the 2XL Tall which is usually the size I prefer in t-shirts and hoodies. It fits a bit tight around the chest, as in I have limited movement in lifting my arms above my chest. Also the sleeves are a little long and not tight enough around the wrists (A medium glove fits tightly on me). When riding the wind will open the cuffs slightly and let a bit of wind in. That being said, the coat is so well made and good looking that it's worth those shortcomings. It looks just as good in person as it does in the pictures. I love how it feels and it fits so well everywhere else that I just feel good wearing it. It is easily my favorite coat now and I look forward to wearing it. I plan to do something about tightening the wrist cuffs somehow as that is my only real complaint. The tight chest area seems to be breaking in a bit after more use. I would buy this again and I would pay more for it if I had to. It is REAL pig skin. The smell doesn't lie. I love it but you will notice it when it's in the room with you. I ordered a five XL and it fit well until I tried to lift my arms, and it was tight from there over my biceps and upper arms so I have to return it. Once everything is returned Etc I will be trying for the next highest size they sell which is a six XL Plus. While the arms were tight I still give this a five-star because it was an incredibly nice jacket, and if I can't find one that fits in my size I think I'm going to be heartbroken! I have jeweled over this jacket for months and months, in part because of the price. I can say as long as it fits this is worth that price Plus! Incredibly comfortable and warm and just a snazzy looking thing! Highly recommend it but check your sizes if you're a bigger guy, it is definitely worth the buy if you find one that works for you! ... show more

I just got this jacket today, and like so many others, I am blown away by the quality of the material, sewing, pockets and zippers. The suede is a soft, brushed pigskin. It feels like it will be a nice warm winter coat. After reading many other reviews I decided to get a size larger than recommended as I didn't want the coat to be too tight in the shoulders as so many others reported, so I ordered an XXL. I'm 5'10" and about 215 lbs., and the XXL is a perfect fit all the way around. The quality of the stitching makes me think I will have this coat for a very long time. The only thing that isn't right is the hood, as you can see in the picture. I could fit Two heads inside this hood. I wonder if the reason the hood is so gigantic is because the manufacturer envisioned wearing a hat and scarf under the hood, but it is still way too large even when accommodating those. There are also no drawstrings to tighten the hood as others mentioned. Perhaps the manufacturer put the wrong zip-in hood in the coat by mistake. Personally, for me this is not a big deal. When it is cold enough outside to wear a jacket like this I'd rather wear a stocking cap anyway. It keeps my head much warmer than any hood. ... show more

I really love this jacket. The construction is impressive, the leather is of good quality, and the color and finish is thankfully much more matte than the shiny image provided by the seller on Amazon. It looks rugged and cool, as a leather jacket should, but still pretty reserved, which I personally like. Contrary to what a few people have said, the slanted zippers on the left side of the jacket's chest ARE, in fact, functional and do lead to small pockets. The pockets on the inside of the jacket are much deeper and more useful though. I usually keep the removable hood on at all times, as I really like the look of it, but it's neat that it can come off. I just wish it attached using 3 zippers instead of 2 zippers and some button loops, which are sort of annoying to get around the buttons, but that's a minor inconvenience. I personally like clothes to fit somewhat snugly, and if you get this jacket in the same size you're used to wearing, it will be snug. I bought a medium and a medium tall. I'm 6 feet tall and I much prefer the medium tall's sizing - The sleeves expose less of the forearms when extending your arms, and the jacket torso falls a little below the waist. (The normal medium fits more like today's bomber jackets, which I don't care for because they sit too high, and a good few inches of your shirt usually sticks out from underneath, which looks silly.) I'm a little broad for a dude who wears mediums, but I do think the sizing from jacket to jacket may not be totally consistent. The medium I ordered was too short, but it fit right in the shoulders. The medium tall is the right length, but the shoulders seem a half-inch narrower; my movement is slightly constricted when the jacket's zipped up. That's my only true complaint. All that said, phenomenal jacket for this price. Looks slick, provides warmth, has enough additional features like the hood and pockets, and fits (mostly) well, if you go by the sizing chart. (Add 3 inches to your actual chest measurement and choose your size accordingly.) I'm really happy with the purchase overall. ... show more

    • Looked pretty good but the smell was horrendous.

I tried to give it time as it fit okay and the look really isn't bad for how cheap it is, but the smell is like nothing I ever had with a leather coat before. Several days of airing out did absolutely nothing and seeing as I wasn't in love with it otherwise I opted for a return.
