I am very pleased with this jacket. First of all, I saw comments that the jacket runs small. I'm 5'10" and around 200 lbs, and usually am between a large-XL, so I ordered an XXL and it fits perfectly. I love the color; it's slightly less shiny than depicted on the photos. Yes, it does a slight odor but I don't find it to be problematic (if any of you ever had a brand new baseball glove, it's a little like that.) I find the jacket to be very warm; yesterday morning it was a brisk 27°F here in North Carolina, and I was very comfy. The quality of the jacket is excellent and I expect it to last for years without any issues. The zip-out hood is somewhat oversized, and there's no drawstring, but I can see it being welcome on a windy and wet day. I would rate this jacket a 4.5 out of 5 stars. The leather is true leather and while a little thinner than I was hoping for is very warm while staying light weight. The quilted inside is nice and protects from any uncomfortable rubbing. The fleece in the zipper area while minimal does help to insulate the jacket when zipped up very well and the hood additionally supplies a nice warmth although some may find the hood to be a little large. The fit overall is great though I ran into the same issue that I do with most non fitted jackets, due to being broad in the shoulders, that while the area around the waist and stomach fit great the upper arms and shoulders are a little tight as well as along the upper back when forward reaching. I may return to go to a size larger and see the results but the item itself is great and I can't find anything that is really really wrong with it, though there is a slight musty smell that most any article of clothing especially leather can get but can be easily fixed by allowing it to air out for a day or two. ... show more

The amount of compliments I have received since purchasing this jacket has been shocking. The material feels as great as it looks. The various pockets are spacious and Ive been able to enjoy rides in 30 degree weather without a chill.

Took me hours searching for a leather jacket I wanted. Wanted more of a THICK QUALITY LEATHER rather than the thin leather. I am fit 5 foot 11 235lbs, 52inch chest & the 2xl fits PERFECTLY. I just got this jacket today, and like so many others, I am blown away by the quality of the material, sewing, pockets and zippers. The suede is a soft, brushed pigskin. It feels like it will be a nice warm winter coat. After reading many other reviews I decided to get a size larger than recommended as I didn't want the coat to be too tight in the shoulders as so many others reported, so I ordered an XXL. I'm 5'10" and about 215 lbs., and the XXL is a perfect fit all the way around. The quality of the stitching makes me think I will have this coat for a very long time. The only thing that isn't right is the hood, as you can see in the picture. I could fit Two heads inside this hood. I wonder if the reason the hood is so gigantic is because the manufacturer envisioned wearing a hat and scarf under the hood, but it is still way too large even when accommodating those. There are also no drawstrings to tighten the hood as others mentioned. Perhaps the manufacturer put the wrong zip-in hood in the coat by mistake. Personally, for me this is not a big deal. When it is cold enough outside to wear a jacket like this I'd rather wear a stocking cap anyway. It keeps my head much warmer than any hood. ... show more
