My packaging came in completely secure and undamaged. Having the extra crystals was nice in case any were damaged. Only downside side for me was that I wish it came down lower since I have higher ceilings but it’s still beautiful. Two professional contractors were able to put it up without much fuss. Getting the strings (to make the lights exactly level) or just right was trickier. ... show more
