This printer is easy to use and straightforward to setup. This was my classrooms and my first printer. Its a pretty large format printer with a large build platform and alot of room on all axis. It wont run as fast as my bambu carbon, but it doesn't need to and i actually love the flashforge slicer even if it is lavking some advanced support features. This machine WILL NOT work with cura or any 3rd party slicer without you being extremely computer savvy. You'll have to manually alter g-code text. But i doubt youll need to unless your a very advanced user. The print bed has an extremely sticky build plate, and i reccomend glue so you can remove your prints without damaging the textured plate. I love this machine and have had very minimal issues even after 1000 hours of printing. Ive only had to replace consumable items like nozzles and do rputine maintenance. This machine is more reliable than my $1000 bambu. It will not print nylon as the hot end simply wont get hot enough, but nobody claims that it does so no worries. Buy it and get into this awesome hobby!

Well I have only had this printer for a couple of weeks. There a little understood the way the directions were written and drawn. But I got it and am very pleased with the printer. I have used the Flash Forge before doing software training and it is great so far. Biggest take away, learning the best way to remove prints, PRE-HEAT base after it is done printing.

The printer that I received barely worked out-of-the box. The firmware only half-worked, freezing intermittently. I struggled to get prints using the Flashforge "FlashPrint" slicing software and quickly abandoned that for another application. Technical support was difficult to obtain. A number of functions simply don't work: the Ethernet port never worked, nor did the firmware "update" function. Otherwise, the printer is reasonably well-built and did produce reasonably good prints when I could get it to work. Needless to say, I'll never buy another Flashforge product. This printer was discontinued less than a year after I bought it.

great design , rigid construction , nice print quality in a compact design has tremendous potential . However where it falls short is the tech support customer service and the software slicing package. Couldnt connect it to my PC and tech support was non existant. software appeared extremely prehistoric in my opinion if your going to use this machine plan on using a 3rd party slicing software. I returned my purchase gonna look at other options.

Very easy to use large size 3d printer. Very happy with quality of prints and simple callibration. I would recommend this printer to beginners who want a large print size. A quality product at a reasonable price. I do not know how the tech support is because I never needed to reach out to them for help. Highly recommend.

My first 3D Printer was a Prusa i3 MK3s+ and it was decent. This is my second 3D Printer. This one is better in my opinion. This one has a case, the Prusa brand case costs $300+ extra. This one comes with a filtered exhuast fan to stop the toxic fumes that some printing materials emit, and it costs extra for the Prusa. This one has a built in LED light, and naturally it's extra on the Prusa. With this Printer I can print through wifi or ethernet without buying or programing anything extra, and with the Prusa you have to buy and program a rasberry pi. For the kit version of the Prusa if you add up the extras the Prusa costs : Kit: $750 Case: $300 Filtered fan kit: $100 LED light kit $20 Rasberry pi4 kit $200 Total: $1370 For the assembled version of the Prusa you pay an extra $250 so $1650 total. vs. the Flashforge which comes in a huge box already fully assembled for $1000 and currently has a $100 off coupon. At first I did have print issues with both but after tuning and adjusting the software material profile all is well. I, personally< have way fewer trashed prints with this one.
