This printer sucks. The first one that arrived worked great for a week and then quit feeding filament. I’m new at printing so I made sure to follow the instructions in the manual and watched YouTube videos to try to resolve it with no luck. The replacement they sent consistently quit connecting to WiFi and showed no online printer was available. Everything that printed without looking like spaghetti had wispy spiderweb looking stuff all over it until it finally just quit feeding filament. It quit printing right in the middle of a project using their fast print pla brand. No clogs, the extruder just quit feeding the filament. Waste of money.

First time using a 3d printer. Had it printing out a block in about 25 minutes from opening the box with the included filament. The block turned out perfect. Works amazing. Lots of fun. The QR code stuff confused me so I skipped it and it went on with the setup. You'll need your wifi password. Then I went to the Flashforge and went with the orca forge program. Watched a tutorial on Youtube how to use it and was printing R2-D2 in no time! Lol.

Amazing machine. Exceeds my expectations. I just wish I could use multiple filaments without having to manual change it during a print, however, I've found a custom conversion kit that should do the job nicely. I highly recommend this product. One thing to note, I'm unable to update Orca-Flashforge for some reason which makes the program useless. I've solved this issue by using Flash Print instead. Make sure you use a CAD program otherwise you wont be able to do much. I am using FreeCad atm which works very well.
