Ok. the first thing friends say after entering in our kitchen - purple stools!!!! These are really everything in the description. pros - Sturdiness and color as described. Really easy to assemble - Assembled these within 15 minutes. light weight - so you can move these easily from place to other. cushion and back support is good. but you have to slightly lean backwards. They go down/ sink a little when you sit on them - to some users that might be a downside of the product but i like that - gives more squishy feeling. Really can support heavy weights - I was bit skeptical about the weight these can handle but so far so good. Cons - I discovered two tiny holes/cuts on the edges of the stool while cleaning. These cuts are so small that its a very good chance they would go unnoticed.... so make sure you have checked the item properly bit by bit on arrival.. unlike me. I am taking one star off because of the minor defect. Also the vinyl seems a bit thinner than other faux leather fabrics used on furniture. Apart from that I think the product is good addition to the Kitchen.

I ordered a brown version of this bar stool and am impressed by it. That was 6 months ago. Last week, I ordered 3 more "matching" bar stools to go with it. Well, I accidentally ordered the black version. Highly NOT recommended. My girlfriend is 85 pounds soaking wet, at 5' 1", complains of the chair being too small and hard. When thoroughly investigating the sizes of the brown, and black chair, is when I actually discovered the color was different. The brown is a dark pecan and has a moderate amount of padding. The actual length of the bar stool seems the same, but the slope on the black chair is steeper and gives less length when sitting. The worst part of the black chair is the lack of padding. As you can see in the pics, the padding is well different between the two colors. PS After looking at the pics, there is an obvious difference in the black and brown colors. But swear to the ol Mighty, not one person in the house recognized the difference in the color. We did recognize the design difference.

UPDATE 8/5/2020: I will never buy from this brand/company again. After only two months of owning the chair, I found out what the grinding sound was. This chair was put together per instruction with all necessary parts. I've attached a picture so you can see what will happen as you (or customers) use this chair. The grinding was the bottom edge of the top-rotation piece of the stool. As the stool turns, this piece cuts into the support bar and continues to cut deeper as the stool is used, essentially weakening the bar altogether. Use of the chair sounds terrible anytime someone turns in it, and what should look new after only 2.5 months used looks as though it has been in a restaurant for quite longer. THIS IS NOT A QUALITY PRODUCT 7/15/2020: After 2 months of using this chair, I've found it has developed a grinding sound when turning as well as a slight lean. Now, these two issues were not present for the first month or so, but have been noticeably getting worse over the last couple of weeks. Overall, it's a chair. It will provide the use of being sat on. Would I buy it again? Probably not. The developed grinding noise and tilt are quite annoying. I've slightly greased the chair for the grinding issue and rotated the chair's floor support to counter the tilt, but to no resolve. If these aren't issues for you, buy the chair. It isn't that expensive for this style.

So......this arrived an hour ago.......here is where I'm at with this bar stool, it arrived with the box a bit beat up, ........none the less, I carefully unpacked it, put the entire stool together, and before I could even sit on it, noticed a rip on the front corner.....super bummer! I ordered this white bar stool for my perfume studio, to be the seat for a tall, all glass work table. I liked that this stool went as low as 24". Well now I'm disappointed, disassembling it and packing it back up, huge pia! Too bad, it's a nice-looking chair and matched my white leather desk chair. I took two stars off for quality, it shouldn't have torn that easily during shipping, and it wasn't packed with protection at all, all the chair had for packing was a plastic bag. I won't be ordering another one, for fear that the corners would eventually tear with daily use. I guess if you're going for looks, and it wouldn't be used daily, then this would be a good buy. Disappointed because its a decent price. Back to my search for the perfect chair to go with this all glass table! I think I'm going to look for a non-cushion stool, like a clear acrylic or something.

Well I was excited when I got this stool delivered and saw how easy the assembly was, but when the stool would not go down or up I thought the pump up and down system was messed up. So I took it all apart and watched some videos on google and to my surprise the way the lever was welded was not long enough to hit the orange button on the seat to make it go up and down. And because it is welded I can’t ever make it go up or down. It’s the way it was built. Someone didn’t measure it long enough. As you can see in the picture the metal piece does not touch the orange piece on top. The lever was loose and I could not figure out what was wrong. So it’s stuck like this and does not work.

These are actually great stools. I was actually looking for something in my shop that would support my back but be adjustable ,my wife like you so much we bought six more for our kitchen and replace the our wooden stools. Not only are they highly adjustable but they're also very stable and the back is flat which gives us more space around our island area even my 85-year-old mother-in-law can get in and off them and enjoys the back support which they actually have a great support plus they look nice and they sort of match the stools that my daughter and her husband put in their new house in Europe so was either very cool. LOL A big plus for us is that we have young grandsons who would habitually topple over our old barstools that had 4 feet these are so much more stable plus much more adjustable just excellent .
