I bought this in January of 2018 and I am just now replacing it with the same exact chair. It is still super comfortable and works great, but like all fake leather, it finally started to peel in the last 6 months or so. I have it in my home office and I don't sit in it every day so not sure how long it would've lasted with heavier use. That being said, my kids have pushed each other around the house in it, we often wheel it in the living room to use as another chair when we have a lot of people over, my son uses it to play his PS5 or to sit at his racing simulator, and everything in between. It's a great chair for the price and the simulated leather didn't start peeling until the 7th year which is amazing! Some reviews complain of the wheels, but honestly they have worked great for me. I have mine on carpet in the office but they have also rolled decent on tile too. (Granted they may have changed the wheels over the past 7 years.) ... show more

I have used this chair for about 4 months in my home office. Assembly was quick and easy. I wanted a chair that was stylish and comfy and this chair provided that classy comfort I was hoping for. The gold details gives it a classy touch. My butt and back are comfy in this chair, which is good, because I sit for long periods of time with my job. Easy to follow instructions & quick delivery! Nice upgrade to my study. The reason I rated four out of five stars was because of a few marks on the leather. I tried cleaning both areas and no luck with the marks coming off. Disappointed since it's brand new.

The chair arrived with a tear in the armrest, but the costumer service was excellent and the chair is great. The chair arrived in a large box and everything was packaged either with bubble wrap or in its own box. I received all of the pieces and instructions. They give you all of the tools you need to put the chair together and it only took me about 8 minutes or so to put together. Upon arrival, one of the arms of the chair had tear in the fabric. I assembled it anyways, and decided I would try to my fate with customer services. On the outside of the box that the chair arrived in, there was a customer service line. It said to call this number instead of returning. I called the number was greeted quickly. The woman on the phone was quick. She asked me if I still had the box, and ask for me to read her a number off the shipping label. I did that and it pulled up my shipping address and contact information and she knew who I was and my information without me having to tell them over the phone. Then she asked if I still had the instructors to assemble the chair, I told her yes, and she asked me to find the part I needed replace and look for the part number next to it. I gave her the information, and she said it would ship the next day and asked if I would like an e-mail with the tracking information. I said yes. I actually received an e-mail with the tracking information and I received the replacement part. Not only that, I received two arms. The entire process was painless and quick. Possibly the best, fastest and easiest costumer service I've ever experienced. The chair is a bright white. It tilts back, raises and lowers easily. Spins. The assembly was simple.     • Great chair but doesn’t hold height

I’ve had this chair for several months now, almost a year. I work from home a few days a week and have a lot of personal projects so I spend quite a it of time in this chair weekly. My biggest issue with it is that it does not hold its height. Every day I have to readjust the height back up because when I sit, it will drop a few inches on the hydraulic. I’m not a heavy woman, I’m 5’3 130 lbs. I don’t drop myself in the chair like a sack of dead weight. This might not seem like a big issue but it’s rather annoying to me to have to readjust my chair height a few times a day. I’ve sat in office chairs for years at desk jobs and this has never been a thing, unless someone else sat in the chair and adjusted the height but that is not the case here. Aside from this, the chair has held up very well. It doesn’t show any signs of wearing on the leather and I’ve had it almost a year. It’s very comfortable and looks exactly as it was shown in the product photos, including the color. It was easy to assemble. I wouldn’t recommend this to a friend only because I find the height adjustment problem very annoying but if that doesn’t bother you, then you’re fine. ... show more

I am really happy with my chair. I love the rose gold and black. My job requires that i spend a considerable time sitting. This chair is comfortable and supportive with sufficient padding that my butt doesn't hurt at the end of the day. I don't have room to sit cross-legged, but that turned out not to be a deal breaker for me. I was able to assemble the chair by myself in about 30 minutes, even when I had to take it apart because I'd done something wrong.
