Pros: 1. So tall! I am 5"10, and on the highest setting my feet are slightly off the floor when sitting. This is fantastic as it is hard for me to stand, so pushing off into a stand is easier than lifting. This sits 21" off the floor. 2. Sturdy. 3. Fun colors! I got teal...and it is about halfway between the two colors shown in my pictures. (Over bright room, and over dark room). It does make a difference, as being handicap is hard as is, but to have everything drab and boring makes it worse. Bright teal just adds a bit of fun. 4. Easy to assemble, no tools needed, self explanatory (even so? There are directions). 5. Chair came in the normal Amazon delivery time to my area (about a week-week and a half). Cons: 1. You do need a bit of pressure to get the legs to click into place. I was able to do it, with really bad shoulders, but I wish I had let someone do it for me. ... show more

This chair is so much sturdier than my previous chair. Unbelievable, because it costs a lot less AND the teal color looks great in with my black and teal bath accessories. It took less than 10 minutes to assemble. I'm really enjoying the fact that the height is adjustable and the chair isn't as bulky as my previous chair, giving me more room to move in my shower. I feel safe and secure using it. I have back issues and this chair is a MUST for me. I'm not a senior citizen and I suggest this to ANYONE wants to turn their mundane shower into a comfortable spa like experience. ... show more

Mom loves it, that's all I needed to know. She told me what size chair she needed and I was having a terrible time trying to find one the right dimensions. Most shower chairs are a little larger than this one. Well guess what happened ... We had gone to stay a few days with friends of ours and Her Mother had THIS SAME chair in her smaller shower stall. I immediately knew the size would fit my mom's shower too ... so I was able to check out the chair and get some real time feedback from the lady that had already been using this chair for a couple years she loves it too!). Dad had no trouble putting it together for mom and she's been VERY Happy with it. Knowing it's made her life easier makes me happy too. Both ladies say it feels sturdy to them and the seat has just enough texture so they don't feel any threat of slipping out of the seat while bathing .. also the handles add even more security ad make it easier to stand after showering. This was easy to put together, the padded armrests are nice, and the chair is sturdy enough. We have a slightly textured shower floor and the feet do not stick to the floor at all so it could move or tip if not stabilized while someone is being seated. The blue color is really nice.

It actually looks like it was made for the color of the shower. This chair took less than 5 minutes to put together and set in place. I have used another company's brand of shower chair in the past. I shopped around this time and this chair caught my eye. It had all of the features I wanted/needed and the padded arms were a plus. My skin is fragile and thin especially on my arms and I am prone to skin tears. The padded arms reduce my risk and fear of skin tears. The chair in general is stable no rocking, leaning or slipping on the tub surface. The legs have rubber feet at the end of them that hold the chair in place so there is no slipping or sliding of the chair. The chair is held firmly in place unlike my prior chair. I feel more secure than I felt in my prior chair. It arrived with all the pieces individually packed in plastic bags. It took my son only 15 minutes to assemble and I was all set! I'm using this as I had to have a shower and couldn't wait to purchase anything else. I bout this chair because of the adjustable height and it was rated at 300 lbs., so I thought it would be of use for this 6' 1" 230 lbs. Assembly was easy and quick, no tools required. The individual pieces felt well built and sturdy. The issue is when you adjust it to any height above the shortest, it wobbles tremendously. The fitting of the parts are way too loose. I still get a wobble at the lowest setting, but don't feel too insecure if I use both chair arms while sitting and standing. When I'm done needing this soon, I'll still probably take it apart and store it in the box to keep for the possibility of a future use. ... show more
