The chair had only been sat in about five times. I was told by customer that was normal wear and tear, and they couldn't do anything about it. Horrible! ... show more

I'm 5'9" and was told that this chair would be 19" off the ground for seating. It was 17". I simply replaced the legs with the following: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O8C16YU/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1 and that seem to work fine. Other than the minor 2 inches, the chair is great.
