We bought 7 of these chairs over the last year. Only 3 are left in use. Four of the broke at the weld at the base making them unstable. While pretty and comfortable, they do not hold up. The company claims a 5 year warranty on the metal on its chairs. I called in to file a warranty claim and was told that they didn't think their were welds on the chairs. I offered to send a picture. These chairs were fairly easy to put together, as I did them myself, and I am not an expert in these types of things. We used the arms for a while, but decided to take them off to give more flexibility in maneuvering the chairs under the table. We specifically built our new island table higher, to accommodate the arms, but in the end, the arms just made it more challenging with the table frame under the granite. The faux leather is soft and has cleaned up well so far. The chrome bases are like dust magnets, but do clean up easily. We were looking for something with some shine to go with the bling in the blue pearl granite and chrome lights overhead, so these work well. We were concerned that with the arms attached, they may not accommodate some of our larger friends and family, as these seats are not particularly wide. We have 2 and 4 year old granddaughters and so far, these chairs have been working ok for them. The 4 year old can climb up and down on her own most of the time, using them at slightly higher than counter height. I did purchase seat covers to put under their booster seats.

This chair is very strong and sturdy. I bought it to be used with my workbench, but found that the arm is too much to the back and I couldn't rest my arms comfortably on it. So I changed the direction of the arm toward the front ( as is shown in the picture). Wow! This position allows me to bring the Barstool closer to the workbench, and allows my arms to rest comfortably on it, making me to feel more relaxed.

We are still reviewing these chairs. I am hoping that the hydraulic-type lift mechanism does not wear out. I suspect that would be the first thing to go. You don't want to use the foot rest without shoes as the round pipe hurts. I put pipe insulator on it to help give it cushion. The base is wide and strong enough that the chair is stable and doesn't want to tip over. That is nice. We will see about ordering more. Do they have these in white? 2 Pk. I got these to see if I want to order this design for our BAR AREA IN OUR NEW GYM. THE PRICE IS WHAT CAUGHT MY EYE. THESE WERE 2 FOR $40.00 AND I am going to test them out on our Military before purchasing the other 15. I want all of the bright colors---no dull stuff for this group of Military that have had enough brown and tan not leaving out the color of SAND. Tell that manufacture that we will need bar stools in red, yellow, green, purple, and BLUE.

I purchased these chairs (2) because I was changing my décor to a modern look and the chairs fit the bill. Nice looking, good quality and easy to assemble if you can follow visual instructions. On the down side, the chairs, in my opinion, are not as comfortable as they could be. At times, I felt like I would slide off if my feet were not on the foot rest. The chairs are sturdy but the white straps covering the arm rests feel like they will start to slide over time. Overall, very happy with the chairs. The shipping box when delivered was horrible. I can't tell if it left the factory that way or it got a beating during the delivery. There were exposed chrome and very small scuffs on the base but not bad enough to have to return. The rest of the packaging was adequate but this should not have left the warehouse this way. I have purchased Flash Furniture in the past and have been happy with them.

Beautiful chairs but if you have kids or are a little heavy these will not withstand the weight or they way kids like to play with adjustable chairs. We put mine together and I immediately decided to sell them on a Face Book yard sale site. Loosing a little money but don't have to pay shipping back and restocking fee. My husband is 5ft 8 in and 210 lbs. Barely fit in the seat. Was not thinking when I ordered them I guess.

I am working from home die to the pandemic and decided to use this as a chair as I set up a high top desk. This thing gave me so much back ache and is now super squeaky. I feel like this was designed to just be used for occasional use. Also the cushion is all flattened out now. Definitely not worth the money.
