The chairs themselves are good once put together. However I was unable to put it together properly. Meaning that I wasn't able to get the part where you put your feet on and then the handle that adjust the seat in their proper place. It's like the feeder and one place and then the adjustment handle is behind you. Where should be at least on the side where it's comfortable to change the height of the seat. I did try to adjust it but I was unable to get the chair separated from the base to adjust it. So I left it as is seeing that we don't have many visitors anyway ... show more

When I got this it was missing a part and I just called them up and they one day shipped it to me. I have never ordered something that was missing a part I’m just glad I got them to ship it to me. This bar stool is super hard but honestly I ordered this for a Tattoo arm/leg rest lol

Easy to assemble, color is exactly as pictured. Base and foot rest are solid, seat is well stitched with no tears or scratches, etc. Lever works exactly as intended. Seat is comfortable, and actually quite a large surface area. 10/10 love these stools. Again, a real important thing for us was the COLOR... and it matches the photos online EXACTLY. ... show more

Great stool, lots of complements, only negative is the base scratches very easily. I’ve tried several differnet ways to buff the scratches out, but nothing works.
