I ordered these gray barstools to replace two white ones (seen in pic) that I like, but are not very comfortable. The two new barstools arrived today and I pulled them out of the box to assemble and immediately noticed an ugly zipper running up the back of the seat. I was surprised because I would NEVER have ordered these with that upolstery zipper in such a prominent place. So I came back to the Amazon page and realized the marketing picture does not show the back of the stool. They only show views from the front to avoid buyers seeing the back zipper - which is essentially what you see when the stool is pushed in at the bar. Check out my picture (you can see my kitchen counter in the background) and imagine how unattractive these stools with a visible upholstery zippers would look when walking past. Luckily free return, but keep in mind this view of the product.

Not worth the money, even if they are "affordable." The chrome metal was chipping away in some areas and was rusty in others. Bought new... The fabric on the seats isn't symmetrical and came with flaws. The zipper is distorted as well. Ordered 6 chairs, returning all 6.

Incredible product for the price. I got this for my drafting table which is also adjustable so it was perfect for me. The only 2 things I wish I had known before purchasing: -The foot step is attached to the same pole as the seat. Therefore, you can't push off of it to swivel. You have to reach your feet to the ground to swivel. -The hydraulic causes the chair to go reeeeally high. It's entertaining but a little annoying when you forget about it and the seat shoots up past your waste.

Although the delivery is longer than prime 2 days, the chair arrived on time as promised. Good side is that they are comfortable to sit on (sink about 0.5 inch); great color & style (yes there is a zipper line in the back and I really don't mind personally); great back support - ~3 inches over my waist line, so it is quite fine to lean back. The most important part for us is that we have a higher than regular bar height counter, this chair with full height, from floor to seat measurement is 33 inches, which is PERFECT for my counter top! The drawback are: they are not well wrapped/packaged, not enough cushion when I opened the box. Fortunately none of the chairs or parts are damaged. I initially want to take 1 star off, but the unbeatable value saved the star! One more thing worth to mention that AFTER my husband assembled them and lift one over to kitchen area, the entire base fell off with a Big Bang. I guess we didn't click the base well enough to fully secure it. We had re-secure the base afterward, it works OK now. Overall I would give 4.5/5 if possible, but no such option. Happy with the purchase!

Awesome purchase. We replaced some backless stools which were ok and did the job. But sitting on these...........whew! Comfortable. My whole family loves sitting in these seats at our kitchen island. We are able to leave them at the lowest level and have them pushed under the countertop. The fabric is really soft and feels like a good quality. The grey is a very soft color. I'm very pleased with the quality and price of these stools!

The design of the chair is why I purchased, but the old saying, “you get what you paid for,” rings true here. Welds are not complete and very sloppy, one chair is wobbly and the other is extremely wobbly, one chair showed up with a small tear and looks like rub marks on the material. Won’t be purchasing from this company again, unless they have a line of furniture that is better quality than you’d find at a discount store. I’ll update the post after working with their customer service regarding the tear, but as of now I don’t recommend the purchase. Again I like the design, but I’d spend double for a quality bar stool.

Given the price point, I'd say these bar stools are pretty awesome. It's not THAT well made, but it's sufficient. Super easy install. Supra easy! Supra!! I just wanted to type supra, just ignore me and let me be. I hope the next Supra is SUPRAAAAA!!!!! Color: The seats are white white. It's not cream, it's not ivory, it's not anything but white. The base and shaft is highly reflective mirror finish. Mechanism: At this brand new state, it's flawless. Like I said earlier, it's not THAT well made, just sufficient for the price. Yes, you can lift this stool by the seats. No, it won't separate at the shaft or base. Its all stuck together pretty well. Overall, it's a great purchase if you ask me. I would buy again for sure. Supra sure...

I have no problem with the seller, but I DO have a problem with damaged merchandise sent off to another customer as being in great shape...even when used before. Everything was a MESS, and pieces didn't fit. The adjustment lever would not work. I spent 4 hours going over it step by step. First instr. was "remove the cap before assembling. WHAT "CAP"?? I couldn't find ANYTHING that resembled a "cap" ....and it was uphill from there. It was sloppily packed in pieces in a "baby carrier" box, which I almost sent back unopened. I'm 87 years old, and have no need of a baby carrier. What I have left is useless and fit for the city dump. It would be a waste of time for me to send it back, especially because I have no means of transportation. I might feel LUCKY and be issued a replacement.....but I somehow think that's no going to happen. There goes my trust in Amazon.....
