I was really skeptical because I saw good reviews but I saw quite a few bad reviews. I love this bed I got the 10" Queen with the 3" Topper and I'm a big girl (316lbs) so it's hard to find a bed perfect for me and my husband alike because he's a smaller guy (152lbs). We both have back pain when sleeping on other beds so we were scared to get a bed online, we've had this bed for about 2 weeks to really get the feel for it and we haven't had back pain or anything. I needed a bed for my spare bedroom, and I wanted something smaller than a Queen size. This Full size is great and was a great price. It's not real firm but it's not too squishy, either– perfect for a guest room. Also, I have a very hard (but very good/expensive) Queen bed in my room. I took the pillow topper off this and put it on my bed. OMG, I woke up this morning and wasn't aching from my bed. So glad I included the pillow topper. Bed seems to be well made. Not really any issue with smell, a bit for the first few days, but just let it air before putting bedding on it. The bed was a little more plush than I would normally like, but comfortable to sleep in.

We bought the mattress with a two inch foam topper and I 100% think the topper was worth spending the extra money on. The mattress isn’t uncomfortable alone but I personally like more of a form fitting and softer mattress & think the topper makes all the difference. The only complaint I have and the reason for 4 starts is the topper itself is just a tiny bit too big and with my fitted sheet pulling it down over the edges of the mattress it makes a little slope on each side of the bed. I can literally slide of the edge when getting up. I’ve tried flipping it all ways. Don’t know what else to do, im considering trying to cut an inch off lol. It’s not a major issue though and I’m still happy with the purchase. ... show more
