The mattress is absolutely fantastic. There was no smell or a fiberglass cover over the memory foam portion which were both common issues on most other mattresses on here. Allow the mattress to sit untouched for 48 hours and it will rise to around 11.5 inches, depending on the angle with some being 12. The mattress has a bottom of around 9 inches which consists of springs and memory foam surround said springs. This allows for the springs to not become damaged or flatten over time due to the memory foams additional support structure while the springs assist in the memory foam not flattening due to the same reasons as they cause it to tighten/firm up from additional units of pressure which add stability. The same goes for the top, which is around 3 inches of pure memory foam with a medium-plush feel. The memory foam confirms to your body slightly while not fully encompassing you, making it difficult to get up or causing certain sleeping points where your body weight is to sink. Some people complained about a sinking issue and that has to be due to them not waiting the full 48 hours to firms up, not utilizing a box spring or platform bed frame, or them being severely overweight and causing a dip in a singular location where they rest. Overall, the mattress is a stable, comfortable, bang-for-the-buck mattress which should most definitely last for years with proper care. ... show more

Just came in this morning, Wed., Aug 26th, 2020. Got it opened & rolled it out & it opened & expended immediately! I was worried about this expansion; read the stories about the bed coils not exstending & bed not rising completely! No worries here though! I am very pleased & happy with this product. They said you can sleep on it right away, but give 7 hours for full expansion. I laid down on it and it was awesome! Comfort was back. I will up date in a few weeks or so on how it holds up. I'm about 250 pound & 6 feet, so we will see how it holda up. I was a bit upset because it was to be delivered yesterday but I'm over it. Hightly recommended item! My fiancé and I were sleeping on a crusty dusty queen handmedown for years before itching to buy a new mattress. I had been researching for months, and reviews are always mixed feelings! He decided on this one, and wow it was worth the investment. Once you’re in bed, you’re knocked out for the whole night. No tossing or turning, any position feels comfortable, it’s amazing! I use to wake up with a random area of body hurting but now I wake up energetic. If I don’t wanna get out of bed, it’s because of how comfy this mattress is. If you’re questioning whether you should upsize from a queen or not, oh lord please do it! I never feel him move and can spread any way I want without bugging him! ... show more

The mattress came in a box and was pretty heavy. Although it was compacted into the box and therefore easier to move around to the preferred location. When opened there are directions that state how to inflate the mattress and they are written well and easy to follow. The mattress was at it’s full size within a few minutes and was ready to use right away. The mattress is medium firm and therefore on the softer side but it doesn’t make you sink in. One down side is that I can’t sit on the sides of the bed because there isn’t any support, but I personally don’t mind as much. This is a great mattress for the price. ... show more

I truly love my bed it’s soft like a bed of cloudy mushroom and fluffy as well. Is large and I don’t feel pain at all. I am a cancer survivor and I am comfortable in my bed for the first time in four years. Even those tender sports on the body no longer hurts. My heel is comfortable. As I lay on it I gently since down into pure soft comfort that seems to swoll me up in a blanket of fluffiness that rocks me every so gently and to sleep and cradles me on either side. I got a king size bed frame costly and the mattress fits the Luxurious suit. I was impressed as it came rolled tightly in a box. I would recommend that you purchase it’s much better than what I expected so far I had it for one week and I love it... but and enjoy!!!!!! ... show more

Do not buy! I called them to tell them how every side didn’t expand they all lean down. I was on so much pain every where I was miserable and upset. Their response was call Amazon. It’s not Amazon’s fault it’s your crappy product. I literally flushed 300 down the drain. I like pain too btw I just had our baby with no epidural and labor and birth hurt way less then what this did to my entire body. Literally cried sobbed in pain and how we were taken for fools buying this. No pain relief only gives you pain. No comfort only brings you physical and emotional disparity. They were not helpful customer service Rhonda was terrible saying to call Amazon she even gave me their number like she’s so used to this!!!! Beware!!! Had to buy a 200 four inch mattress topper just to make this ok. Needless to say breast feeding in this bed is a nightmare. I miss my Zinus memory foam we gave to our son so we could cosleep and breast feed needed a king well I miss my queen. The worst mattress can feel every coil the bed bounces and not good even purchased 60 in lumber to make platform bed flat with no slates I’m so depressed over this purchase and we buy a lot and everything off Amazon. ... show more

This mattress is awesome. It was a bit of a struggle to get the box upstairs on my own, but after that it was a simple matter of unboxing, unrolling the vacuum sealed mattress onto my bed platform, then snipping the plastic at a corner, and watching the mattress grow. As for comfort, it couldn't be better. My favorite sleeping position is on my side. Absolutely no uncomfortable pressure points. Firm enough so I don't feel like I'm sinking, soft enough that every inch of me was comfortable for the first time in decades. This mattress replaced a 20 year old Select Comfort air bed.
