I hate pumping. I just had our 4th baby and I don’t get as much milk when I pump and it’s always been painful. I got the sizer and these inserts. I was getting maybe 15ml as soon as I put the right size on I got 60ml on one side! That’s just crazy to me. My doctors/nurses alway told me to use the 29-30 pump size. Good value. I appreciated having the different size options to choose which would fit each best. Easy to clean and put into the cup attachment. I have a Modela and the flanges fit better in the 21mm cup attachment compared to the 24mm which may be an issue if you don’t have the 21mm size.
