Really I’ll be honest. Purchased because the price was way more affordable than the other name brand allulose I had been purchasing. Just made sense to try this one, because you also get more in the bag. I was completely floored by the product. It is granular (unlike the other brand, and powdery), and the flavor was so much like sugar, that it would fool anyone. I have found my go to product! When I finish bag, will return for more!

We have been impressed with this product. I have lost 60lbs.and almost 10 inches in my waist. Not to mention your sweet tooth will suffer from lack of desire for sweets. What a great way to lower your blood sugar level and reduce your insulin resistance. We find it not quite sweet enough for our liking as a solo sweetener. However with monk fruit its perfect in beverages ranging from coffee to chocolate made with non dairy milks. Great on fruit …. The short of it anything you put sugar on or in.

Unlike bagged erythritol, this allulose clumps a lot. There's several clumps the size of my thumb, and they're pretty hard, unlike a clump of powdered sugar for example. This is pretty unfortunate since you'll probably need a fine mesh siv, unless you want your food to have clumps (although it'll probably be fine in a smoothie) Taste is good, similar to powdered/confectioners sugar, and no "cooling sensation", unlike erythritol has. Works fantastically as a sugar substitute, better than erythritol even. It seems to prevent stuff from freezing, which is useful in homemade ice creams. Overall, my only complaint is that it clumps so much, and that my gut doesn't handle allulose very well. I had some discomfort when having maybe 30g, whereas with erythritol, I'm fine with easily twice as much. Just worth noting. You should also know, this isn't quite as sweet as regular sugar, it's about 70% as sweet. Things like erythritol or allulose tend to have stevia or monkfruit added to balance that out and make it "equal" sweetness to sugar. But this could be a good thing, if you don't like your baked goods as sweet anyway.

I usually abhore artificial sweeteners, but this one tastes like real sugar. Have used in coffee, tea, baking, cocktails and more. It’s not exactly cheap, but it’s worth it, as I fight high blood sugar…

I've tried several brands of allulose. This one is a good price; it's not the most expensive but not the cheapest, either. However, I like the texture of this one the best so far. It's a bit more granulated rather than powdery, which I prefer as it's easier to measure out and it doesn't clump. I think it's fairly well known that allulose is not quite as sweet as sugar. I haven't used this in baking, so I can't say how it tastes in baked goods. I mostly use it to sweeten my coffee and I find that I need to add just a little bit of regular sugar in order to offset the bitterness of the coffee. It seems that allulose alone can't quite do that. I mix it in a four to one ratio so I'm really not adding too much sugar to the coffee. I don't like the taste of stevia and erythritol and xylitol give me stomach problems, so I just stick with a little bit of sugar. This has not bothered my stomach at all.

I had been using Lakanto Monk Fruit w/ Allulose, the taste and flavor was better. It took less product to sweeten food, on a one too ratio. Straight Alluose is not as sweet. For my taste, I use more, with no real sweetness. It maybe just Alluose in general, not the manufacturer.
