My credentials for this review are as follows - I nursed and pumped with my first born until she was 1 year old and I have been exclusively pumping for my 7 month old since she was 4 months old. Prior to exclusively pumping with her, I was pumping and nursing. I own and have used 6 different pumps in the last 2 years that I’ve been a mom, ranging from completely hands free pumps like the momcozys to being plugged into an outlet with my spectra. I have always started off as an over-supplier and then fallen into a just enougher at about 5 months postpartum. I’ve also always found pumping to be very uncomfortable. I dreaded every pump session and I would cringe every time I would turn the pump on. I constantly heard that it wasn’t supposed to hurt or be uncomfortable from lactation consultants and influencers, but I thought I must be super sensitive or something, because there was never a time that I was comfortable when pumping. That is until I found these flange inserts. These flange inserts changed the game for me. They helped me find my true flange size and made pumping so much more comfortable, which in turn increased my milk output. Because of these inserts, I have the confidence to continue providing breast milk for my child for a long as I can. They are also very easy to clean and they work with most breast pumps. The only con is that they don’t work with hands free breast pumps that fit in your bra as cups because of their length. Otherwise, don’t hesitate to buy these. They are so affordable for something that can help this much.

Its amazing how much a difference it makes when you have the right size flanges. I measure at a 18mm and 20mm. I use the 19mm on both sides and it works perfectly. These inserts make everything about pumping so much more comfortable. I use them in my legendairy milk Duette, Elvie Stride and Avent manual pump. They are made of sillicone which alone feels so much better than those hard plastic flanges. But once you find your right size it is a true game changer. Pumping no longer feels painful, no more pinching no more uncomfortable friction that feels like your going to blister no more feeling of bruising. These make it comfortable so that I am able to relax and do a full session of Pumping but also speed things up to so that i dont have to pump as long and still empty myself. If only I had these at the very beginning of my Pumping experience when i was power Pumping to increase milk production. I definitely recommend to any mama if they are considering Pumping after birth to buy these in advance. Make sure you have multiple sizes on hand because your size will change. It will change after birth, it will change once baby starts feeding or if your pumping. 100% recommend to all mamas, measure yourself we are not all the standard flange size sold with our pumps. Finding your true size changes everything!

I use different sizes on different sides and being able to play around with the sizes and see what felt the most comfortable helped so much. I didn’t want to buy a single size in case it didn’t feel right, so this was perfect for my needs!

I have been exclusively pumping since my daughter was born. I had no idea my flange was way too big for my nipple. It caused me to get clogged ducts a lot. I finally bought this product and I’m so glad I did. I wanted to try different sizes to know for sure. I’m actually pumping with 19mm compared to a 24mm. The silicon was very comfortable and fit perfectly in my eulumap wireless breast pump.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I absolutely loved these. I use the 17 ones and I was amazed. I used to hate pumping but now it feels just like nursing. With just the regular pump, I felt like I was still full after a pump session. The flange inserts help to get more milk. Definitely recommend.

These were so helpful in finding the correct flange size. They worked with my spectra, motif and mom cozy s12 too so I was able to use them with all my pumps! Would definitely recommend if you are unsure of your flange size or if you have discomfort as these helped tremendously!

I was having trouble figuring out my exact flange size, and buying all new pump parts can get so expensive. It was so much easier to physically try different sizes to find the most comfortable fit. Highly recommend, especially for the price!
