Not what I expected ..disappointed

A lot lower than I thought it would be especially since I need it for post op, but it also looks different than the photos. It is not plush and the remote doesn't indicate lift. Assembly was not easy since I had to hire someone to lift it and assemble it. Cords keep falling out when it lifts or massage is on. It isn't comfortable to sit in or sleep in. Cup Holders are plastic black cups. Overall, do not recommend if you need for post op reasons.

Mostly easy to put together. One of the arm rest pocket zippers broke because the pillows are WAY too big. Good luck with that if you plan on buying this chair.

The size was good. The fabric does not hold up that well. It is already pilling on the footrest. The seat fabric slides around. The controls are a decent size and work well. Overall it is an ok chair.
