Product box weighs in more than 100 lbs and requires two people to lift. Everything in one box. Very well thought out. Comfort is good. Operation is good. Fabric and color were spot on. After a few days use, heat and massage stopped working. Was expected in a chair of this price range. Should things change, I will post again. Contacted mfg about problem. They sent another remote. Problem solved. I hope it last. Massage is subtle. I have nothing to compare it to. Heat is subtle too. So far it appears to be a good value for the reasonable price. Update 2022. Chair is making lots of loud creaking and grinding noises. Nuts and bolts have started to break off with resounding snaps. Find these on the floor. Leg lifting while reclining is no longer functioning. Chair has become lop sided causing discomfort. Too bad the chair is breaking up. It appeared to be a good value at the beginning despite a faulty remote which the mfg. rectified by replacing. Fabric has held up well. Maybe these problems would not exist with a lighter person. Heavy duty construction, shipping box weighed 100 lbs. Chair comes in two pieces, easy to assemble just slide upper piece into lower. There’s about five or six wires to hook up, but not complicated to do. Whisper quiet operation, both massage and just raising or lower seat. The two wired controllers are simple to understand. Heat can be run separately from message or at the same time. It all runs on three choices for timer controlled comfort. Personally I wish the heat could be run longer. I also feel the heat could be stronger, might just be me but I can barely feel the heat on the 15 minute timer. My heater blanket for my bed has better heat on low setting than this. There is only one setting for this heat, on or off. I’m 5’ 9 and I fit comfortably, although I do wish the head pillow was a little higher for even more comfort. The top of my head is above the pillow height if sitting straight up, have to rest back to mold into the pillow. If your a taller person then this chair isn’t for you, go with a larger chair! Suppose to be non rip leather, which I’m hoping as I own two cats who like to sharpen their claws on stuff in the house. Cup holders are nice but only seem for something such as a water bottle. A coffee cup for instance has that handle on it which won’t fit in the holder properly. Maybe one of those adjustable holders for multiple sizes like they have for cars might help. Massage is ok. Has a high and low setting with multiple ways to set it up, including an automatic setting which incorporates all individual ones. You’d have to buy a way more expensive chair to get the real experience, but this chair does a nice job for what it is. This replaces a power recliner only chair which we’ve had for years and was slowly malfunctioning with worn down cushions. Overall, this is a nice chair, good padding and options for massage and heat compliment each other nicely. For the price I think it’s worth it but I can’t give it 5 out of 5 due to limits I’ve mentioned previously. First day with it, so far satisfied. ... show more

Firstly, know that this item will arrive as two separate shipments. I had no idea and thought they only gave me the power lift part of the chair. That really should be written somewhere in the description. As for the actual chair, assembly was pretty easy, although the tracks you use to connect the arm rests to the seat are a very tight fit. The lift function works well, just a tad slower than expected but that's not a bad thing if you are injured. Overall a fairly good chair. ... show more

This is a really great chair. I had no problems assembling it at all. ALL, ALL of the negative reviews was because the buyers did NOT assemble it correctly. I have assembled several power lift chairs form Amazon. I have found that if you do two (2) steps your assembly will go very easy. 1) Be sure all bolrlts are tight holding the tracks onto the chair and parts.. 2) Lubricate ALL, ALL the tracks with a light oil or petrolemium jelly. We received 4 separate pieces. The left arm would not slide on so we contacted the seller. We received a replacement but it was still very hard to slide on. I wish I would have returned the chair. It is not very sturdy or comfortable. If you are taller than 5"2" your feet will hang off when fully reclined. ... show more

We ordered two of these chairs. Two boxes arrived. It does not say 1 of 2 or 2 of 2. Just says package delivered. We opened the two boxes and they are just the bottom. The box with the sides and back are both missing. This was supposed to be a surprise for my parents. They removed their old chairs and now we just have a piece of a chair which is not functional by itself. Very frustrating!!! Addition to review. Second box arrived 3 days later. No tracking. Just showed up. Assembly was easy. No tools required. Both chairs worked as advertised. Major concern is being able to reach someone if a problem arises in the future. Other than that worry, we are very happy with the product on first day with the complete kit. I’d remark the color pattern they choose for the massager/heat remote makes it difficult to read the buttons. We turned on the heat but did not notice it warming the chair. The massage was good and low sound. The motor for lift and recline was very quiet. Very comfortable in recline. May need lumbar in sitting position. Worked well for lift function. ... show more
