    • It’s more rumble than massage
I think we have too much body, or the chair is too plush, to feel the massage deeply, when it’s turned on. I can feel the heating and it doesn’t get too hot, but I wish it was a little hotter. The recline is good. It feels faster going up than coming down or helping me to stand. But it could just be me. If I didn’t have to haul it up two sets of stairs with help from two random people walking by, in two parts and pulling a muscle in my back in the process, it would have been returned. As a comfy, sturdy feeling chair with a cup holder that reclines and helps you stand it’s great. It wasn’t that hard to put together either, but you will need two people. As anything else? I’m more impressed with the heat than the massage. If you want sound waves more than something physically massaging you, go for it. It does that very well. But it wasn’t what I expected or works for me. I feel pity, pity, for my movers for whenever they show up in my life again. ... show more

The chair came early that was great putting it together was easy. Most people will need help getting it in the house. My husband is sleeping in it right now.He loves the massage. I saw that people said it was small, my guy is 6'2 and 250 lbs he fits just fine his feet do hang off the end but not a big deal. I bought this because he is in a wheelchair and I am having to pull him up to get from a chair back to his wheelchair and that was starting to get me in the back. This is great.. My only thing is and it has nothing to do with the chair is Fedex needs to have a class to show their drivers not to be afraid of a DOORBELL. This chair was left at my garage door it was not due until the next day. We got up at 5 am to a downpour of rain that morning. I looked on Amazon make sure the chair would still be here on time.. It said delivery yesterday...UGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH now I am running to the garage door to fine a soaking wet box. The chair was fine but my bp was not. ... show more

After reviewing all the positive reviews about this lift chair, I bought this lift chair for my Mom in law to ease her mobility issues with her painful knees. My wife says shes now having a hard time getting mama out of the chair she loves it so much! She doesn't have to rock to get up out of a low chair. My wife says Mama even slept in it the first night, and is instantly became her favorite chair! Its a snap to assemble too. It features soft PU leather with thick soft padding, 4 point heat and massage, it reclines almost flat, and raises mom to an almost standing position without straining her knees any at all. All these features for under $500! Thats cheaper than a regular non- lift recliner! I definatly hit a home run with this purchase! ... show more

    • Springs are coming up in the seat and it's only 18 months old.
How can I get a replacement seat? My mother loves the chair but she can't sit in it now as the springs are coming up and damaging her hip and back so I would like a replacement cushion. Let me know.

For the price it exceeded our expectations. Assembly was simple. Came well packaged. Works smoothly and quietly. The only real problem is the placement of the pods for message. In extended periods setting in chair they can be felt and cause pressure points, but only one set seems to be noticeable after a long period of time. This could have been avoided by having them slightly recessed within the foam. That said, it is still a very comfortable chair. We put a small pad down on seat and it was amazingly comfortable. ... show more

Great delivery time. Nicely packaged. Very soft nice quality product. Reclines quite and it's so comfortable! It's great! The only two things I would change is... 1. The remotes have cords that are short. I wish they were longer. 2. I can't read the words on the massage remote. It's blue letters on green background. I thought I ordered brown, but it is black. I like that the entire chair was in one box. The instructions were not the best, but we did finally figure out all the wires. My dad is very happy, as he is stuck in a wheelchair or bed mostly. This chair was comfortable and he was able to relax in the living room and watch tv, eat lunch and just live in general. The warmth feature is especially appreciated, since he is often cold. It lifts you to a standing position smooth and slow. Great for bad knees.
