    • Nice for the price, a few cons but not a biggy

Nice and sturdy for the price. The chairs seem a little dated. The table is NICE! I mainly bought it for the table. Will switch the chairs out soon. For those saying there is a gap in the middle is because you have to flip that piece around. The thin black strip that on one piece of the actual table top is to be in the middle. The thin black strip is what fills in that gap. Yes, some screws aren't aligned with the wholes but just insert all the screws in the whole rather than completely tighten one screw at a time. This creates less tension & prevents you from misaligning the wholes from one another & pulling too much to one side. With all screws in at the same time, try tightening them. Hope this helps. Took about 40 mins to put the table together and about an hr and a half for all the chairs. Easy but just took time because there are 6 of them. This company did not mess around with the screws. Well packaged and all screws accounted for. 5 stars for the screws. ... show more

We like the chairs and size of the table, although it took my husband over 3 hours to assemble. We used the set for the first time for a Fourth of July BBQ. The table is stained all over with what looks like oil. Now it looks awful after one regular use. I tried cleaning clay and Dr. Bronners and either put a dent in removing the stains. The seller has no solvent suggestions. We can return it, but it’s going to take another two hours plus to disassemble and we’d have to buy a box since we threw the shipping box out not for seeing this problem. He hasn’t offered any compensation for this defective product. I’m not sure what kind of material the table is but it’s obviously very porous. I would not recommend this table, and the seller is horrible when it comes to customer service. ... show more
