I bolted the hanging arm into a beam in the garage and it’s super sturdy. I can actually bear hug the bag and hang on it with all my weight. The bag is perfect for punching kicking or whatever you want to throw at it. It looks great too! It comes ready to hang...already stuffed.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The external durability seemed like it lasting, no odd smells but the sturdiness and thickness are not very good. The inside has very light materials. The bag only weighs 20 lbs, not 50. Update March 13, 2021: the owner of this company DOES read these reviews and he got a hold of me to fix the issue. FITVEN cares about its customers and their products. As I said previously, the bag cover was a sturdy product. It was only the inside materials I had concerns but that has been fixed. This punching bag works beyond my expectation. Instead of fixing it to an interior wall, I managed to hang it under my balcony by using one tree strap. My kids like to use it, too. It is very durable and stable. Good size for both kids and adult. It feels like it is 50LBs!

Fabric straps broke after 6 months of use. Company contacted me after seeing my initial review and replaced bag. They also included a pair of boxing gloves. Customer Service went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

This was next to impossible to mount into concrete wall. I had to buy a concrete drill bit and it took me one hour to drill about a half an inch into the concrete. Then I tried mounting it into studs in the wall. My drilled holes weren’t exactly measured perfect. Therefore the bracket frame would not fit. And to top it off the toggle bolts are now stuck into the wood frame. So I decided to make my own mount and mounted it to the studs going across the room. ... show more
