I love these ankle straps. They are comfortable. I use them for both cables and resistance bands. Bonus: you have some color options. Having a cuff that works well for women is great! These are easy to put on and take off without any fuss. They are comfortable enough that I can wear them throughout my whole workout. It makes all the difference to change out to these quality cuffs instead of those fabric straps or giant cuffs for men. These ankle straps are solid and well-priced! Recommended!

Ordered this to do leg exercises at the cable machine. Love how sturdy it is and the Velcro doesn’t pull away. To test it out more thoroughly I switched between both legs constantly to test how easy it would be to get them on and off and the Velcro. Worked out perfectly. Very comfortable on my ankle while I was doing each motion. The quality is very good. Need to order another one so I don’t have to do all the switching back-and-forth. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect for Kickbacks & Glute Workouts! I’ve used quite a few ankle straps for cable machines, and these FITGIRL ankle straps are by far my favorite! I primarily use them for cable kickbacks, and they fit securely without pinching or digging into my ankles, which has been an issue with other brands. The Velcro holds strong, so I don’t have to keep adjusting between sets. I got the set of two, which makes switching legs so much more convenient—no more pausing to reattach between reps! The stiff-yet-flexible design offers great support while still allowing for natural movement. And the beige leopard print? So cute! It adds a little personality to my gym gear while still looking stylish and neutral. If you’re serious about glute workouts and want something durable, comfortable, and stylish, I highly recommend these!

It does the job! It was pretty comfortable to use. I have thick legs, so the two loops had quite a bit of space between them. I was still able to connect the hook on the machine to both of the loops together. I would recommend buying the pair instead of the single one though— unless you don’t mind taking it on and off every time you switch legs during your workout. Update 2/5/25: I went back and bought a second one so that I don’t have to waste time swapping legs

Heck Yes! I was in dire need of a decent ankle strap for my cable machine. The strap that came with my machine was constantly coming un-velcro'd and did not allow me to lift the amount of weight I was targeting. I love that these straps have two clips on both ends - which ensures a good hold, no matter how much weight you are pulling. Very easy to put on - and I love that they come in a two pack so you don't have to swap a strap between sets. Very nice material ( I ordered the pink with black accents) - velcro is thick and looks great. Love the vibrant color. I use them during my leg workouts twice per week and they are holding up great.

Exactly what I needed. The straps that the gym provided are terrible. These are more sturdy and strong to hold while doing cable workout. I ordered them in the color black. They're are comfortable on my ankles while exercising, and are pretty thick.
