Love this back brace. It provides me with tremendous support and comfort. I have complications and pain resulting from a prior spinal fusion. I have chronic pain and was given a traditional elastic adjustable back brace to use while walking, standing and sitting. It didn’t work for me. Then I saw this one online. Great product at a good price. Highly recommended for men with back pain. UPDATE: After using this back brace daily for the past several months, the material became began to come apart at the edges. I re-ordered this brace again because the other braces I tried just did not measure up. This is by far the best back brace for comfort and support. I contacted the seller and advised him of the issue I had with my brace. The seller refunded the full purchase price. I could not be happier with the seller, this back brace, and Amazon. I highly recommend this brace, especially for those who had back surgery and even major back surgery. This device works well for me and I continue to use it, without issue, to this day.

My husband uses this daily while he unloads. He's 6'4 and weighs 300lbs and wears a size 44 jean. The sizing seems to run a bit smaller than you'd think (him having a 44 inch waist and using the 53-69 waist size. But, it DOES stretch a LOT and (though we only bought the XL for him), it's possible it might have worked. He also has lots of stomach issues, so we didn't want to chance the brace adding TOO much pressure on his stomach, but the XL still offers ALL the support and none of the pressure on his stomach. It is VERY adjustable. It helps tremendously with keeping his back injury free and helping with the amount of pain he gets each day while unloading the 70,000 lb+ semi. Dang good back brace, very supportive and holds strong.

I've had chronic lower back and sciatica problems since I was a teenager. Over the years, I've used many different back support belts and braces, and every time I've been disappointed. Whether the velcro straps wear down, the belt doesn't fit comfortably, or the belt starts to fall apart. I've just about given up on back belts. I bought this jewel, hoping I could get at least a couple of months use out of it. But wow! This belt is great! I've never been so happy to finally find a belt that actually delivers! It's super comfortable, allowing me to work freely while offering excellent lower back support. The velcro on the belt is top notch! No slipping or undoing itself while I'm using it, and the velcro still works and feels like new! As for quality, it's holding up great! No signs of wear anywhere, especially near the seams where you would expect the strings to start coming loose. I can't say it enough, this belt is solid as they come!

I'm a older guy who is doing part-time work in a place that requires standing for long hours. My body does not like standing for long hours. I can walk for hours but not stand. Doing my work I have to lean down to type and use the computer interface while helping customers (hunch over). The constant leaning over gives me severe lower back pain. This Fit Geno brace actually helps with the pain substantially. I probably would have never bought a brace but my girlfriend was also suffering from back pain so I thought it could help her if it didn't help me. I'm surprised. My posture is much better throughout the day which has also helped the pain in my knees when I stand probably because it's aligning things better and removing lower extremity pressure. The adjustable compression belts which are on each side really cinch the belt to give extra support. Much better than those belts that are used in warehouse work with just the one thick velcro strap. It's really easy to get a good wrap around the midsection. The velcro sticks really well and the product is well made. My girlfriend liked it so much I can't get it back. Very much worth the reasonable price.

I’ve had a few back braces over time n none have come close to this gem! This brace is so easy to put on, with the nice n strong type of Velcro in the front is great— well then you get the added benefit of extra support if you need from these pulley style tab-like bands that you can pull around to your front to Like I said add more support with such ease. There’s no strong arm pulling to get anything in place. It’s just so easy to wrap around and the Velcro is strong n holds in place and when you need to take it off, it’s just as easy. My Doctor was just as impressed when I showed it to him too.😃
