The bag this set of rod and reel came in was small and light weight. I wasn’t sure if it housed two rod and reel with a box full of different kind of hooks and accessories. That was a surprise opening the zipper. The rod itself is just over a feet and it is so compact. And when extended it goes up to 2 meters long, wait what? The rod handle itself is plastic and not wood or metal like the others I had in the past. So not sure how long this will last. The extensions are light weight metal tubes that locks in place when extended. The reel mechanism is smooth and it’s mostly light weight metal and not plastic unlike the rod. It was easy to attach the reel to the rod. There was also 2 rolls of nylon lines provided but one of the plastic reels was already broken. Overall a nice compact rod and reel but it’s not built like a tank. ... show more
