Was needing 3 rod/reel combo for 3 day 2023 saltwater trip. Setup were good for novice fisherfolks on initial trip and they were fun colors (Blue, Red & Yellow). Despite prep oil/grease of reels, One of the reels started locking on second day of trip, which required manual closing of "bell" during the trip. Upon getting home, cleaned/oiled/greased reels again and got all three working in decent order. Used them around some small water fishing over next 6-9 months and the locking occurred on two of the three reels. One rod tip broke off on a tree snag (Yellow MH tip) on an 8lb line which was disappointing. I also couldn't find how to check on possible replacement for Yello MH tip. Took them to another Gulf Islands as secondary/backup rod/reels for novice fisherfolks and they did ok despite the "manually" close bell issue. I'm not entirely dissappointed, but I'll stick with my Penn Setups which are worth the extra price. ... show more

Came with two different pole tips, one for heavier fishing? and one for lighter. The lighter pole broke while casting, I do cast kind of hard. -Update. Company saw my review and sent me a new pole. Minus it breaking, it works great
