I purchased this some years back and replenished my first aid kits this year. I have had such great luck with this product, I didn't even consider another. I keep a burn kit in my kitchen nd and let me tell you, if you apply this immediately following a hot water scald, it will not be painful the following day. (At least in my case and my burn blistered!) It also worked for burn I earned grilling out over an open flame...out of control! The size of these smaller packets are great. You don't need to use a ton of it. Just thinly apply over burned area and gently cover/bandage. Repeat the following day. That's how I decided they work for me and I didn't have any scarring.
