this product looks cute, but it’s not as hard to operate. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t try to send it back. It’s too much of an effort. I wish they would just send me a free one since I didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle and it doesn’t work now.

Summary: Overall, this isn't the perfect diffuser (see details below) but for me, the sleek and attractive form factor and the ambience of the lighting/misting mechanisms make this an ideal piece for my specific use case. Depending on what you are prioritizing, you may feel differently. One thing to note: DO NOT OVERFILL this diffuser - it will not function properly (i.e. no mist) if you put too much water in it. I think that's why some reviewers say it doesn't work consistently. They are likely overfilling it. Pros: - Beautiful design - Easy to use - Simple design, functions well (see cons section for some nitpicks) - Despite having a fairly small water chamber (150ml) you can get several hours (maybe even 10) without having to refill. Downside to this (limited scent diffusion) is noted below in the cons section. Cons: - The mist is not produced at a higher rate like some other designs, so the smell of your essential oils isn't going to go very far in a large room. I keep mine in the corner of a large room, and you can only really detect the scent if you're standing within a few feet of the diffuser. - It only holds 150ml of water. If you fill it with more than this, it won't produce mist. A lot of other diffusers will hold much more (300-400ml is pretty common) so they can go longer without having to refill. - Since it has auto-shutoff capability, I wish it had a mode to just stay on until it runs out of water (instead of being capped at 5 hours) like other diffusers.

Yes yes yes. This is such a cute diffuser. I love the different modes. During the day I keep the LEDs off, and at night I turn on the ambiance. :-) this is great for a larger bedroom or smaller living room. It really does a great job with diffusing the essential oils.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this for two weeks, it doesn’t work like it did when I first purchased it. It keeps shutting off, the steam doesn’t come up as it should and sometimes not at all. I threw away the box after a week, I should have kept it to return for replacement. It is beautiful once it works and I have the correct USB connection., this is how far the steam comes up in the video to the highest. I received a replacement for this item. sad to say, as of this month July, it didn't last. It stop streaming when the lights come on. I think they were both re-manufactured. The price is crazy for something to last 2 months that you pay a lot for. I have a less priced one that still works after 7 mos.
