I'll start by saying the wood chunks look great. I don't intend to use these in a pizza oven, but instead for grilling items that don't require a big, long-lasting fire - such as shrimp. I won't actually burn these until the snow melts, but I can tell the wood will be fantastic. I knocked off one star because of the amount you get for the $30. It's sold by the pound, which, even as an experienced fire-starter, I have a hard time conceptualizing how much 10 pounds is. Well, it's a box that's 8 1/2" high, 12" long, and 6" deep. I did get exactly 10 pounds. I weighed it. You can also get a better idea of how big the chunks are by seeing them in my hand. A second star got knocked off because their photo clearly shows 6 fire-starters, and I only got 4. I didn't order it for the fire-starters anyway, but that IS misleading in my opinion. ... show more
