When you place the burner pan into the table, you can rotate the pan. So, the controls can either face towards the door or away from it. I found that facing the controls toward the door made it almost impossible to get the propane tank into the door ... but if I rotate the pan, so the controls face away from the door, it wasn't hard to get in at all ... Overall it's a nice fire table. Definitely would recommend.

This was efficiently packaged. All parts were well labeled and easy to assemble. I put this together by myself in about 75 min. I was not in a rush and maybe if it had been earlier in the day, it would have taken less time. The finished product is nice and attractive piece to my back patio. I have natural gas connection in my backyard, so I did the conversion, the LP connector was very tight and it's an effort to take it apart, other than that the whole conversion process was smooth and easy. Then there was a hiccup, the thermocouple connector had a leak, I thought the thermocouple cable is bad so I communicated with the vendor for a thermocouple replacement, they sent me the whole burner assembly, I guess they think it's better safe than sorry, that's awesome customer services. As you can see from the attached photos, this fire pit table is sturdy, unique, handsome, practical, and when it fires up, it's romantic...what an awesome fire pit table. It came with 2 bags of 3/4" clear fire glass, I mixed one bag with 10 lb 3/4" caribbean blue and 10 lb 3/4" cobalt blue fire glass purchased from another vendor, it's more than enough to cover the gas ring, do not cover the igniter or it won't fire up.

This firepit is absolutely beautiful and was fairly easy to assemble. The only negative thing about it is the location of the control box. It’s hard to reach and changing the propane tank will not be an easy endeavor either. They should redesign this to have the controls on the exterior. Then it would get 5 stars. The cover also fits well and I will use it to prolong the life of this beauty.

This firepit is beautiful. But like so many of the other reviewers stated it is difficult to assemble because the parts do not line up well. I read many reviews before I started and am so glad I did. When one part wasn’t going together evenly I would stop and take it apart and work with it until It was relatively even. Even so when the tabletop was to be bolted on that is where it gets hard if things do not line up perfectly. It was a struggle to assemble because the parts did not line up well but now that it is together we have enjoyed it so much! And it is beautiful and unique. I ordered extra glass as other reviewers mentioned what it came with wasn’t enough.

I was afraid to buy this because of the one stars review that said the tank wouldn't fit. It fits fine. This is a great product and well worth the money. I bought it on sale for about $800. I had been looking for a nice firepit and couldn't find one I liked for under $2000. I am very pleased with this purchase. The only thing you need to know is it only comes with 10 pounds of glass and it needs 25 pounds.

It took a little while to assemble (~1.5 hours) but once built I was super impressed with the quality! The cover is really nice and protects the entire pit. When we went to use it for the first time (over a month after assembly) the burner was not working at all. When I reached out to the support team they sent a replacement burner even though it was out of the return period. It couldn’t have been an easier process and the new burner works wonderfully! I would totally recommend this product despite receiving a defective burner due to the service team! Thank you!!

This fire pit is substantial in its presentation. We just received it today and burned it this evening when we had guests over from out of town. They were also impressed and stated how elegant it was. No problem with the assembly. We used extra fire glass to make the pit fuller. The fire glass was enchanting as the iridescent glow danced in the flames at night! Beautiful!
