Narrowing our online choices, we read dozens of reviews. None of the U.S. big name ovens compared favorably with this Vikio 24-inch wall oven, which seemed to be the standout of all those available. So of course we went with Vikio. Installation was simple and straightforward. We did run into a snag with our first order, not the fault of Vikio, but they were immediately responsive and customer service got us quickly sorted out. As for the oven itself, it has a beautiful and sleek European look. Keeps temperature accurately and has more features than I’ve yet learned how to use. What I have used works beautifully, and I am looking most forward to using the proofing feature for my next batch of bread. A beautiful oven that works exactly as it should, and a friendly and responsive organization that stands behind their product. So glad we chose this Vikio wall oven.

I had an old 24-in wall oven, and this product is an excellent replacement. My first order arrived damaged, but Dalxo support in the US responded within hours, and offered a full refund due to shipping damage. My 2nd order arrived within days and in good condition. Installation was easy, and the unit works as advertised. Very good value for the price, and excellent support.

This is made in China. The unit I received had a small dent at the back right corner pushing out the bottom along that side. Not enough to warrant a return. From the outside it is a nice looking appliance. Instructions for use are scant. Electrical installation instructions are wrong. The oven only functions with the timer being set and that only goes up to 120 minutes. The temperature selector has some non conventional settings, like 440, 290. Oven racks are a bit chintzy. You get what you pay for fits in this instance.

We received the item with a damaged door. The manufacturer worked hard to resolve the issue. They stayed on top of things until everything was resolved. Only problem we had was that the manual translation from whatever language it was originally written in to English made installation a little difficult. The electrical hook up was "interesting".
