Great packaging nice product. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars were not so great were the screw holes in the upper ring, they were off a bit in being true and plumb when attaching the legs. problem was overcome... looking forward to some great fires in the near future.

Metal bowl was slightly dented at the rim. Mesh lid does not fit properly. I am sure part of this is due to the damage to the bowl, but the mesh lid also seems to be warped. I worked on both and got them to fit a little better, but they are still not right. I would assume this is problem that happens frequently due to the thin metal despite being fairly well packaged - there was no noticeable damage to the packaging. Cover doesn't fit well unless you remove the handle on top of the mesh lid. Would have been 5 stars if the product wasn't damaged.

Easy to install, however 2 of the pre drilled holes where stripped and needed bigger screws.

We are very pleased with this firepit. It didn't go together perfectly and we weren't able to get one of the screws to go through its hole because it was not aligned properly, but it is still very sturdy.

We haven't used this yet but we love the look of it. Nice size. The fire screen cover came punctured but customer service responded immediately and is sending me a replacement. Satisfied thus far!

I love it. It took two orders to finally get one delivered, perhaps due to Christmas and covid. It arrived with one slight bump on the spark screen where a leg shifted in transit, nothing worth getting upset over. It is so beautiful. The color of the copper bowl adds a sweet gift of warm orange to the fire. Large sparks are safely contained. Small air holes in the base help keep the fire going. Some reviewers complained of loss of color on the copper, but I did not find this. It was altered, of course, and I washed off ash afterwards, but the warm copper remains. I am enchanted.
