My experience with this door lock hasn't been good at all. At first it worked great. But after a month or so of use, it will no longer read our fingerprints and won't even lock all the way on its own. Our only option for getting in and out of that door is locking it with the key. Which defeats the whole purpose of this lock. And even then, the lock resists moving. ... show more

This deadbolt and handle set seems to be of great quality. Easy to install just had to peek at instructions once. Once installed and energized by the smart life app I was surprised to heard the lock tell me the door was just locked. So yes I speaks English. Multiple ways to unlock with biometrics, # code, key, or BT through the app. Also, in the event of battery failure, there is a tucked away usb C port that can be used with phone or power bank.
