Once I got this installed, I have been absolutely thrilled with it. Super easy to use! Looks nice! I do wish the instructions had been a bit easier to follow. Having said that, my middle name is certainly not handyman.

I had to give it a few days of testing before writing my review. The WIFI lock was easy to install right out of the box. Easy to program and set, with an option to give temporary passcodes for guests within a selected time frame. The mechanism isn't loud and runs smoothly. Love how I can just look at the app to check if I've locked the door or not, I can remotely lock and unlock through the app! ... show more

LOVE the high end look of this lock. It also has a quick response time when unlocking/locking. Installation only took a few minutes, but the unit does not have wi-fi capability. I should have realized this before ordering, but I am very disappointed that I will need to return due to it being Bluetooth only. One other item to note is that you can't rekey this lock which was also important. Also, the keys for the lock are a special key that you can't just go have keys made for. I just like the peace of mind knowing there is a backup plan/keys available. (It does come with two of the specialized keys). ... show more

Bought this lock for my parents' home and not only has it been working beautifully for the past months, but more importantly my parents absolutely love it! The fingerprint reader is amazing and makes their lives so much easier rather than fumble through keys and be worried about being locked out. The auto lock, entry code, and discreet backup manual key mode are wonderful extras. The lock is sleek and very modern and every guest to their home has commented how it is so impressive - Probably the BEST part of this lock (outside of the fingerprint reader) is the ultra-long duration of the batteries despite the heavy digital features - in contrast to our previous lock that required battery changes every 6 weeks! This brand name holds up to its reputation - do not go for one of the cheaper knockoffs for a foreign made lock, especially if you are concerned about reliability, durability, and security.
