    • Stopped working after a month of use
My experience with this door lock hasn't been good at all. At first it worked great. But after a month or so of use, it will no longer read our fingerprints and won't even lock all the way on its own. Our only option for getting in and out of that door is locking it with the key. Which defeats the whole purpose of this lock. And even then, the lock resists moving. ... show more

if i could give negative stats i would. I really liked it at first with the thumbprint thing and the auto locking but after a month of use it just flat out stopped working all together. I got a second one sent over and after installing that one it didn't work either. I couldn't even get it set up. Super disappointed and will have to go with another brand.
