The pump works as advertised however the first one I received was off by 5 to 6 psi (overfill vs what it's gauge read). I commented about it to the vendor & surprisingly they replaced the unit. Great customer service.

    • Failed During Use
I bought this in April 2022. It was great until it failed this month (August 2023). On the day it failed, my car's tire pressure warning light had come on, so I checked the car's recommended tire pressures and realized all four were well below where they should be, like at least 10psi. I tried to use this device to pump the tires up to the recommended level - 46psi, and it was while it was pumping the fourth one up that it just switched itself off. This failure was accompanied by an electrical burning smell and the device was pretty hot to the touch. I have not been able to turn it on since, so it has permanently failed. The temperature in my Florida garage was in the 90s that day so I guess that didn't help. I think I had used it about three times before this, and always for just a single tire or for my bicycle tires. If you need to use this device in similar circumstances I would suggest giving the thing a rest if it starts to feel hot, so it can cool down. Maybe that will stop it failing. ... show more

It was the worst purchase. As soon as you plug it in. It blew up on me wasting my time. Waste of money and time.

    • It never worked, until after Customer support helped
We plugged it into several outlets within three cars and in never powered up. After discussion with the support team, we got it to work and would recomend this product.

I’ve used this about 5x now and still working perfectly. I don’t live near a place with tire filling stations and didnt want to purchase a full compressor. Very handy to have this. The only thing better would be if this had DC power and AC power adapters (car plug and house wall plug).

I purchased this product back in March 2022 and used it several times since then. Unfortunately, when I went to use it in September 2022 the product wouldn’t work. I contacted CS and after verifying by video of it not working, they shipped me a new replacement Inflator pump in 2-days for free.     • Wish plug in was longer, confusing to use
Has a really hard time figuring out how to use this on my tire! I kept selecting PSI, machine be wanted something else like bps?? After 15 minutes if reading the directions I about gave up then finally figy I'd just go with the bps or whatever! Worked good enough but it's confusing as hell
