I have been using this scooter as my every day commuter for approximately 1 month. In that time I have had 1 very serious near miss where a car ran a stop sign necessitating 100% breaking force at top speed. after narrowly jumping clear and collecting my scooter which clipped the rear bumper of the car as it sped through the intersection I discovered the brakes were seriously deteriorated I had to fix them before I could continue home. the brake lines were substantially stretched to the point They could not be sufficiently adjusted to provide safe braking and I had to manually tighten the cable at the caliper with my multitool. As a result the handlebar brake adjuster screw housing had stripped entirely and the cables were dangerously over stretched. After contacting the seller describing the problem and providing photos the representative offered to send replacement shifters, calipers and cables even though the technician he consulted disagreed about how dangerous the brakes now were This is exactly the kind of exception customer focused service every consumer should seek out and I will certainly be buying from them again. As for the machine itself I have very few critiques, it has an honestly intimidating amount of power I am over 260lbs and I can easily reach 30 mph+ on a level surface and at least 13 on the steepest inclines on my commute. It feels rock solid in use, it handles very well and has yet to bottom out even when jumping curbs at speed. I charge it about once a week and have not yet had a drop in power from a depleted battery. The front and rear brakes have a ton of stopping power (which may have saved my life) and it was durable enough to survive that incident in a mostly functional state needing only brake parts after that over the top exertion and subsequent crash to the pavement. I do find it difficult to read the screen while operating. it tends to be unreadable in bright sunlight but you can generally make out your speed because it is so huge compared to the other information on the display and the voltage meter on the right handlebar lets you approximate the distance you can still travel which are basically the only 2 things you need to know I would strongly recommend this scooter for anyone needing a high weight capacity commuter or durable off-road leisure vehicle ... show more

I purchased this escooter taking a huge risk as I have never heard of the brand etc. I received it very quickly and well packaged. Assembly was a breeze, literally popped in down stem, aired up tires and then charged it. I was off riding on the sunset with a huge smile on my face. If you are dealing with depression or just looking for a smile, this unit will do it.plenty of speed, over 30mph, climbs moderate hills with speed and is very stout. No speed wobbles etc. Also, the seller is very communicative with any questions and willing to educate the buyer. I will be purchasing more products from this seller. Easy to assemble.. super fast, and a great price. I really like the look, feel and response. I'm not kidding when I say I reached 45mph. Comfortably cruises around 38mph. Overall I'm pleased with it and the price was worth it.

This thing is an absolute beast. I weigh 170 pounds and I was going 45 mph, and it still had more in it, so I had to back off. Super easy to use and very cool looking. Solid battery life. I'd say realistically you'd get 15-18 actual miles of range which is pretty ridiculous. I hit 33mph I think I could do 35mph again which is bananas. Smooth Ride nice shock absorbers. Wide standing base makes it comfortable to stand on and switch stances . Bright led light at the front also at the rear. Decent stopping power . Quick acceleration. 88lb scooter weight so think about it u wanna go up and down the stairs with it. All in all an excellent buy and worth the money ... show more

The first time I plugged it in, part of the plastic on the plug broke off in the scooter. While putting it together, I let the screen slide onto the main pole and it broke. The first time it tipped over it broke the headlight housing. Two months in and when I pushed the throttle, the plastic around the throttle just shattered. Get litereally anything else. The media could not be loaded. This thing is amazing! It has balls, just in case yours are missing because the wife says no motorcycle. You will feel like a real man with the beefy wheels that are great for on and off road and the higher ground clearance. This thing is massive and is reinforced throughout! It has great sturdy handlebars, key start, and good sized touch screen. The head and tail lights are bright for night time scooting! And don’t worry about your wife or daughter trying to “borrow” this to show off too their friends because it has way more power than they are use too.
