I wanted this chair to work so bad. I specifically looked for a thick cushion because I have bad neuropathy in my legs and a bad back. It was the first chair I have ever bought without trying first. I literally can't sit for more than a few minutes. Talk about false advertising. When you look at the picture at the cushion you think its quite thick but the truth of it is that it is barely 1/4 of its thickness. when I saw what the picture showed of what the seat intailed I thought this would be great but if it has everything it says then it has to be completely compressed. When you sit in the chair the first thing I noticed was I was sitting on a board without padding. I was told to try a gaming chair because most people who play these games are in them for hours. Well I can tell you not in this one! The neck cushion sticks out so much that so much its very uncomfortable. The small cushion for your back is to small, that when I try to lean back my back still doesn't touch it. I have ordered a thick back cushion that hopefully will help. I will admit that when I tried the reclining position It wasn't to bad. Not great but not that bad. How many gamers want to have to practically lay down to play their games? I love writing great reviews when something comes that is exactly what it does and says. I don't normally write bad reviews but the false advertising was to much for me. I am keeping the chair only because my son tore down the packaging before I got home and as I said I have a back cushion that should be here today sometime. I have a seat cushion that will work until I find one thick enough. If I could give this chair a 0 star I would. ... show more

Shipping was amazing. It arrived early then expected, NEXT DAY. It was easy to assemble. My 17 year old daughter was able to do it herself. She loves using the foot rest. The armrest are a perfect height. It’s a very relaxing chair to sit in while she streams her YouTube channel.
