When I ordered this chair, estimated delivery time was almost two weeks; I received it within five days of ordering! While reading reviews, there were many that had scuffs and rips in the fabric so I was inspecting mine while unpacking it and found none at all. Mine didn’t come with instructions but thankfully most of these chairs are similar so thank you YouTube, cause I wouldn’t have known where to start. Unpacking the box - 100% completed, assembly probably took me a little over an hour. (Came with everything you need to assemble.) The chair itself is very sturdy, yet not super heavy. It’s smooth to glide around in and has minimal noise. The rising/lowering and reclining of the chair works great. The footrest mechanics work great as well, but it feels a little wobbly and fragile. Not enough to bother, just be careful how much weight/pressure you put on it. One thing I definitely noticed is it’s more narrow than my old chair. (If you’re big in the waist, it may not be for you.) It came nicely packaged and had no funky odor to it. I haven’t tested the massager in the lumbar pillow because I believe I missed a step. I think you need to attach it before finishing the chair, but I have my own pillow I’d rather use anyways. (Pillow from Shein) The bunny tail needs to be put on before screwing things into place as well, and there are two small slots on the head of the chair for the bunny ears to go for stability. I really love this chair and all of the cool features it included such as the bunny ears and tail, a foot recliner and massage pillow! It’s also very comfortable as well, it came in perfect condition no rips or tears anywhere and with all of the parts needed to put the chair together along with a very nice, huge but simple manual lol. I ordered the lilac purple chair because my theme color is purple and white but honestly the chair looks more pink than purple it also depends on the lighting, that’s the only thing I wasn’t a fan of, I wish it was more purple in color because it seems to looks more pink, you could only tell depending on the lighting or if you have an actual pink chair next to it to spot the differences. The media could not be loaded. It was easy to put together the box tho is quite heavy and such, although the product is quite nice for the price!!. I absolutely am stunned by the looks and even the feel of it! The massager works very well high tech! But I appreciate the chair and my old one was not the best fit….but the new Blue comfortable chair is nice it even reclines ... show more

I’ve had this for over a year now and I love it… BUT be careful because if you wear dark clothes like me all the time it can stain it. Not the comfiest but if you get a cushion it’ll be fine. Pretty sturdy I’d say. Good for its price

The chair is adorable and looks exactly as pictured but it’s is much smaller than expected. Definitely designed for kids or very petite adults. I am a 5’9 woman and average weight and my head is higher than the top of the chair when I sit in it. Would return in but I already threw out the box it came in so I’ll rock out in my tiny chair until I find something larger to replace it. 2 month update: foot rest has broken off 😅 ik im not heavy just tall lol. Seat cushion. It’s just a Styrofoam pad that wears out within a month. Just bought a new chair, this one’s getting tossed out. ... show more
