These are the strings I've used on my electrics for years. Don't think I've had any problems with them over the years. Great strings that last a fairly long time. Since I got the strings I will have no excuse not to change them. It's not hard, but I'd rather almost take a beating than change strings. These should be the standard strings that come on a Bass VI so Fender/Squier made the first mistake of not making these the common string, don't make the same mistake! The Fender Super 250 Electric Guitar strings (.09-.42) light gauge have excellent tonal quality the full spectrum range and are easy to bend. I prefer these on my Fender Strat over all other brands.
