Not comfortable. Assembly was easy but I am 6'5 and it is too small for me. I had to return it because it is not meant for tall people. Ive had luck with other chairs but definitely not this one. assembled 4 weeks ago with no problem, everything go in place and seems after 4 weeks being solid as day 1, armrests come from the back but does not flexed as weak plastic, armrests are sturdy in the back of the chair. seat is wide and comfortable for a 300 pounder. seat cushion is hard , i would love a softer and thicker one. this chair might be the top on my list of chair been assembly for me, the armrests i used to stand up and do not give an inch of movement. does not bend like others. ... show more

This chair is so uncomfortable! I got it 7 months ago and I have noticed that I bring my work to my couch or kitchen table rather than sit at my desk. I didn't put it together, but I started doing that shortly after I got this chair. It is so uncomfortable, itchy, and hot. The seat is scratchy and makes you hot. The armrests irritate my skin. The neck support doesn't even reach me. I try to lower and raise my chair to get the proper height and no matter what I do, it makes my legs go to sleep.
