I am on WFH 4 days a week and this chair is my primary work chair for close to 3 months. Following is my experience after months of use. 1. Assembled the chair as a single person. Managed to finish in about an hour. Assembly was straight forward with the tools and the instruction booklet provided. 2. Chair is sturdy and strong with good base support. 3. Provides excellent back support. My back loves this. 4. Headrest is provided but I did not install it as a personal preference. 5. Arm rest height from floor including wheels in around 28.7 inches and its just about right for my work desk. 6. I am on a leaner side and i have enough space on both sides while sitting. I am sure, people with bigger build would also seat comfortable on this one. 7. Arm rests move up/down and can be adjusted inward or outward depending on your elbow angle. Option to adjust how wide or narrow can you set the arm rest from your body would have been a great addition. Again this was bit wider due to my build. Other might feel it normal. Overall very satisfied with the chair and received the same feedback from friends and family when they visited.

My wife and I both purchased the same chair she being about 5'2 and me being about 6'2. She decided to leave her headrest off since it sat too high for her (did not take away from the look of the chair really. Still looks very nice) while it is about the perfect height for me in its highest position. Pros: - Price. I took a chance on this due to the price point and don't regret it at all. - Comfortable for 6+ hours a day. - Easy assembly - Arm rests go high enough for taller users (I have had gaming chairs that were too low for me) Cons: - Only small complaint is that the chair seems to "sink" overnight. Easy fix in the morning just re-adjusting the height and it does not seem to lose height during use. Overall really happy with the chair and would buy another in the future.

There's a lot to like in this chair. Very sturdy, very comfy, very supportive BUT at first I couldn't get the UP/DOWN mechanism to work. I had assembled the chair following the directions with exquisite care. I needed help -- maybe I was doing something wrong? It turned out that my problem was a combination of my aged muddle-headedness (I'm 86), and the unreliable response of the mechanism itself. Before I solved it, I tried calling AMAZON help, which was of no help whatever. They did not know how to contact FelixKing. But through persistence and luck, I finally located its email address: [email protected] So I wrote them detailing my problem, and they wrote back saying that if I would email a video of the problem, together with my order number, they would do something to resolve the problem. After I sent it off, I thought more, I tried something, and was able to email them the following: "I finally figured out how to get the height to move up and down -- it does work (after a fashion), so there's no need for me to send you a video. But I will say that in your instructions, you might make the operation of the height mechanism more clear. To me, at least, it seemed counterintuitive. And the mechanism seems at best chancy, a bit tricky and unreliable. In my Amazon review, I will change my review from 3 stars to 4 stars, and I will say why I changed it. I will also include your email address. Although your advertising emphasizes how you are ready to resolve any problem, I could not easily find contact information on the web, and AMAZON service didn't know how to reach you. They offered me only one solution -- take everything apart and ship it back as I received it, and they would send me another from their source -- which, as it happens, is LineGo, whose contact information I've been unable to find. Unless you put this address in your advertising, or share it with AMAZON service, this will continue to be A BIG PROBLEM. I want to end by assuring you that I DO like your product very much, and will say so to all my friends. Sincerely.

I spend a lot of time at my desk and need a good chair. I previously owned a mesh chair but found the seat uncomfortable. Eventually, the mesh seat came loose, and I found myself sitting on metal. Looking for a new chair but still wanting one with a mesh back, but a padded seat didn't provide many choices (that didn't cost a small fortune). I took a chance on this chair and couldn't be happier. The mesh back is supportive and keeps my back cooler. The padded seat is very comfortable. An added benefit is the arm supports. They are adjustable both for height, and you can slide the armrests forward and back. I didn't realize that function until I was putting the chair together (very easy). I didn't think I would ever change the original setting but I find I do quite often.

I always have a serious back pain when sitting for a long time and my housemate recommended this chair to me. Tbh, I didn’t think it would make any difference at first, but it really surprised me. The lumber support fits really well. You can also lie down a little bit with a suitable height at the neck support. I can always change my position easily when continuing with one position for a long time and the lumber support is always there, so it makes me spend more time at this chair than lying on my bed. This chair is way better than my previous office chair and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. This is the first thing I bought from Amazon which let me want to recommend to others. The only thing is that the price is a little bit high. Just taking any chances when there is a discount or coupon.
