This is a comfortable chair. We bought two of them, and I learned from the first assembly how to handle the second assembly. First of all, have a socket wrench set to avoid having to use the enclosed Allen wrench - it works, but it's hard on the hands. And when you assemble any two pieces that have two points of connection (two or more bolts), remember to finger tighten them first - you will have a FAR easier time aligning all the bolt holes with the bolts. Then, tighten all the bolts so they're tight. Finally, if you didn't tear up the box to get everything out (and you shouldn't need to - everything is well wrapped as individual pieces), you can turn the box upside down and use the flat surface for most of your work. You can assemble everything sitting down. When you assemble the feet to the "star" center, first take off the plastic cap, and then put the cap back on when you've got all five legs on. The plastic cap gets in the way of the legs when you try to assemble it. When you attach the caster wheels to the legs, hold the leg assembly on one of your thighs so that you can use both hands to force the caster post into the slot. It's not difficult, but it will take some effort. It's a bit tricky to put the arm assemblies on because they don't seem to fit logically, but when you get the orientation correct, they go right in. You attach them to the back of the chair. Finger tighten them so they're snug but not fully tight. Then when you attach the seat/cushion to the arm assembly, BE SURE you don't tighten them all the way, and start with the upper bolt. That way you have some "swing" room with the arm assembly to align the bolt holes. My first assembly took twice as long because I tightened the bolts too soon. The cushion might give you a bit of trouble, but it will fit - trust me! I found that when I had trouble lining up the bolt to the bolt hole in the cushion that I could use a small flashlight laid down across the back of the cushion to see the bolt hole. Now tighten all eight bolts on the seat back and seat cushion until they're very firmly set. The seat attachment that will go into the leg assembly is very very easy to attach. The bolt holes line up well. If you don't want to roll the entire chair to where it will be placed, just carry the seat assembly first and then go get the leg assembly. You can put them together easily where you want them to go. The seat headset is essentially non-removable. Once you slide the headrest post into the back of the chair, two little plastic teeth in the slot for the headset will "snap" into the headset post to prevent it from coming out accidentally. It also prevents you from taking it out if you think you don't want the headset. (You could, with a little work and the help of a very patient partner, work the tiny teeth to flatten them so the headset comes off, but I guarantee you it will be a process that will take you a lot of time!) The chair raises and lowers about 4" using the little lever. It rolls easily. And it's very comfortable for the price point. I've purchased office chairs that cost 3 or 4 times as much, and they were far less sturdy in construction.

When looking for an office chair online, pictures are all you have to go on. You cannot be quite sure how it will actually feel to sit in it for an extended amount of time while studying. So I looked at many different models available and also at the dimensions and the weight they could take, and in the end it led me to buy this model. While considering this one, I really liked the looks and it seemed to be very well constructed and I also liked that it offered different colors, most did not. There were others ones similar to it and even a little cheaper, but after considering for some time I decided to purchase this one. When i received it in it's box, it was heavy. Laying out the pieces and the instructions to assemble, i began to put it together. It came with the tool to tighten all the bolts and assembly went smoothly, maybe 20 minutes and i had my new office chair. It is very comfortable, sturdy and seems strong enough to last. My previous couple of chairs had the fake leather and they both continued to peel and I determined to stay away from those this time. I like the mesh backing and the seat cushion is quite comfortable. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone interested in the marked for a new one..

I was using a dining chair before when I was working from home and it would bring me neck pain. Now that I have this ergonomic chair, it feels so comfy working and looking at monitors. The headrest can support the neck very well and it can adjust angles as my neck moves. The overall quality is good and the seats are favored by my cats as well. The cloth hanger in the back is a plus so I can throw my jacket on it when I get back. Quite easy to assemble to chair. I got it done in 15 mins or so.

The media could not be loaded. Well I not one to complain too much about purchased items but when you spend a couple hundred for a chair you expect more than almost 4 months before an issue with the piston. Unless, there is some trick to reset it or whatever my chair now drops down. You might say, hey he weighs more than it is allowed for the seat, it’s 300lbs I weigh 265. Update: 1/26 company took unitive and sent me parts to fix but the issue is the want 2 parts and 1 of the parts in pressed into another which requires a lot of tools and a LOT of hammering and possibly ssstroying the one part the didn’t send so i am stuck with a broken chair and only 2 of the parts to fix.
