very good option for short people 5'3" and under. It's seat height is 16 inches with wheels, 14 inches without. Seat cusion is very comfortable, and not too deep. If this company would make another that actually goes down to 14 inches that would be really really great for millions, but if i had to buy again, i would, and just take the wheels off and put it on glider coasters for carpet like it did.

I am 78 and husband is 80 yrs old, we put chair together with a few problems. I put base together and attached arms to seat, he helped with rest of assembly. The holes to mount seat to back and don't line up the best, had to use a little force to get screw holes in alignment. The base is metal seen strong, wheels are hard plastic and rolls easily over floors . The cushion is comfortable don't know how long will last. After adjusting seat height it slips lower and have to readjust. It's difficult to reach lever to adjust seat, I have to get up adjust lever. After assemble we had to rest!!

Chair arrived quickly by USPS undamaged. Assembly was uneventful as with most except of course for the last bolt, which required a little man handling, I think another reviewer covered the work around.. A+ for the included assy tool. Overall, it's a chair, it does chair things reasonably well. The selling point was the total seat height which I found was really more than I needed. I require more back support than normal because (at 1 time young and dumb) and this unit provides that. As another reviewer covered, the armrest were to low for me also, so I ordered some add ons from amazon and that corrected the issue. Last but not least are the wheels! You could win a race with these, and I support using them for this endeavor! Not so much for an office chair. Any movement will send ya. So after a while I figured I'll go back to my old chair and search for another, (spoiled by hi-back) and let others use this one, they too become uncomfortable after a while because of the free-wheeling capabilities. Use on carpet or throw a rug down and you'll have an OK chair! I may order another for "reasons"

Have been using for a few months now in my home office, I sit in it for ~8 hours a day and sometimes more when I'm using my personal computer. The arm folds are perfect, the chair rolls nicely, easy to assemble. The cushion is very comfortable so far, time will tell if it hardens like my last chair. I am starting to experience the chair sinking a bit through the day. I am a 200 lb 6'0 man and notice after a little while I am an inch or so lower than when I started. Other than that I this would have likely been a 5 star review
